摘要： A polyolefin resin composition is produced by pulverizing and surface-treating an inorganic filler together with a surface treatment agent in a dry or semi-dry pulverizing means, mixing the thus-treated inorganic filler with a specified amount of a polyolefin resin and granulating the resultant mixture, and thereafter mixing the thus-obtained granular mixture with an additional granular or pelletized polyolefin resin at a specified ratio.

摘要： Disclosed herein is a polypropylene-base resin composition obtained by heating at a temperature of 170.degree. C.-280.degree. C. a mixture containing a crystalline ethylene-propylene block copolymer having a specific composition, an ethylene-propylene copolymer rubber having a specific composition and viscosity, an inorganic filler having a specific particle size, and an organic peroxide, all in specified amounts. The thus-obtained polypropylene-base resin composition has high molding fluidity and are inexpensive and their moldings have excellent low-temperature impact resistance and paintability along with high stiffness. They are thus suitable for use in the production of large moldings such as automobile bumpers, fenders and body sidemembers.

摘要： A polyolefin composition and the same especially used for producing vehicle exterior members which is excellent in softness, impact resistance, moldability, appearance, restorable property and so forth. The composition comprises 20 to 70% by weight of a crystalline propylene polymer (a); 10 to 50% by weight of a substantially amorphous .alpha.-olefin copolymer (b); 5 to 50% by weight of an ethylene-.alpha.-olefin copolymer (c) which is 0.860 to 0.910 g/cm.sup.3 in density, 10% by weight or more in boiling n-hexane insoluble matter and 100.degree. C. or higher in the maximum peak temperature T.sub.m according to the differential scanning calorimetry (DSC); and 5 to 30% by weight of an ethylene polymer (d) of 0.910 to 0.965 g/cm.sup.3 in density, wherein the total of said components (a), (b), (c) and (d) is 100% by weight.

摘要： The surface of a product molded of polyolefin is washed with a fluorine-containing organic solvent such as CCl.sub.2 F--CCl.sub.2 F or CCl.sub.2 F--CClF.sub.2 and, thereafter, the product surface is treated with a plasma. Since the product surface is washed with an organic solvent containing fluorine, wastewater and process operation can be controlled with relative ease. A painted product pretreated by the process of the invention has a high peel strength and water resistance.

摘要： The present invention relates to a polypropylene resin composition useful as an adhesive comprising(A) from about 51 wt. % to about 99 wt. % of a modified polypropylene resin graft-modified with a radical-polymerizable polar unsaturated compound or a mixture of the modified polypropylene resin graft-modified with a radical polymerizable polar unsaturated compound with an unmodified polypropylene resin,(B) a substantially non-crystalline .alpha.-olefin copolymer, and(C) an ethylene/.alpha.-olefin coplymer having a density of from about 0.860 g/cm.sup.3 to less than about 0.910 g/cm.sup.3, a n-hexane insolubility of at least about 50 wt. % and a melting point of at least 100.degree. C.,wherein the combined weights of components (B) and (C) is from about 1 wt. % to about 49 wt. %, and the weight ratio of (B)/(C) is from about 1/99 to about 99/1. The resin composition is particularly suitable for bonding a polypropylene resin layer and an ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer layer, and a polypropylene resin layer and a nylon layer.
