摘要： A heat fixing roll for a copying machine includes an insulating layer formed on the surface of a hollow tube, a heating resistor layer formed on the surface of the insulating layer by uniformly thermal spray coating a resistor material, a screw-like heating resistor formed by forming a helical groove having a depth reaching the surface of the insulating layer by using a laser irradiation head connected to an electric resistance compensator, and an antisticking layer formed on the surface of the resistor and the groove by coating. The present invention also provides a method of producing the heat fixing roll and an electronic copying machine provided with the roll.

摘要： A single torch-type plasma spray coating method wherein a gas flow in a nozzle of a plasma torch is made to be a laminer flow, thereby the plasma flame jetted from the end of the plasma torch is modified to be a laminer flow flame, the plasma is separated from the plasma flame which contains liquid droplets of molten spray coating material and runs toward an object to be worked by means for separating plasma arranged immediately before said object to be worked, and remaining droplets of molten spray coating material impinges on said object to form a coating film thereon, and an apparatus therefor.

摘要： A thermal fixing roller for use in a copying machine and a method for manufacturing the thermal fixing roller are disclosed. An insulator layer is formed on an outer surface of a cylindrical metallic pipe, a masking wire material is wound in a spiral manner on the surface of the insulator layer and a heat-generating resistor is formed by spray coating heat-generating resistor material on the insulator and wire surfaces. Thereafter the wire material is removed to leave a groove at its trace, and thereby the above-mentioned heat-generating resistor can be formed in a spiral shape. By choosing pitches at the opposite end portions of this spiral resistor smaller than that at the central portion thereof, uniform temperature is maintained over the entire length of the thermal fixing roller. Also by forming a cross-section configuration of the masking wire material in a rectangular shape, it is allowed to reduce the width of the above-mentioned groove to minimum.

An extension portion (e.g. a brim) of a cover composed of a conductive material is attached to the extension portion of the mold resin of the package base, thus completely producing a semiconductor device.

摘要： A magnetic sensor is constituted using magnetic sensor chips mounted on stages supported by interconnecting members and a frame having leads in a lead frame. Herein, the stages are inclined upon plastic deformation of the interconnecting members. When the frame is held in a metal mold and the stages are pressed, the interconnecting members are elastically deformed, so that the magnetic sensor chips are bonded onto the stages placed substantially in the same plane and are then wired with the leads. Thereafter, the stages are released from pressure, so that the interconnecting members are restored from the elastically deformed states thereof. When the magnetic sensor chips are combined together to realize three sensing directions, it is possible to accurately measure three-dimensional bearings of magnetism, and the magnetic sensor can be reduced in dimensions and manufactured with a reduced cost therefor.
