摘要: The invention is a crystal oscillator having a vibrating plate comprising a vibrating part surrounded by a rim part spaced from the vibrating part except for a narrow connecting part that connects the vibrating part to the rim part in a cantilever fashion. The thickness of the vibrating part and the connecting part are less than the thickness of the rim part. The vibrating part is sandwiched between a pair of casings. Each of the casings has a recess facing the vibrating part, which prevent the vibrating part from contacting the casings. Each surface facing a recess has an electrode positioned thereon and an electrode lead extending from the surface electrode to the connecting part. Each casing has a through-hole positioned to face an electrical lead. A cup-shaped metal lead is placed in each through-hole with the bottom of the cup contacting the electrical lead facing the through-hole. Current to the surface electrodes is supplied through the metal leads.

摘要: A process for recovering valuables from a waste etching solution containing a fluorine component and ammonia component is provided comprising recovering respectively a fluorine component and ammonia component in the waste solution and recovering a potassium and/or sodium component used for processing the waste solution, and utilizing respectively the recovered components for preparation of an etching solution or reusing or recycling for processing the waste solution. That is, this process comprises adding at least one of potassium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide to the waste etching solution containing a fluorine component and an ammonia component to form hydroxides of metal ions dissolved in the waste solution, filtering the neutralized solution for separation of the metal hydroxides, heating the filtrate by steam injection to recover the generated ammonia as ammonia gas, aqueous ammonia or liquid ammonia, then subjecting the aqueous solution (KF and/or NaF solution free from ammonia components) after recovering the ammonia component to processing using a monopolar or bipolar membrane to recover the fluorine component as an aqueous hydrofluoric acid solution, further recovering at least one of the potassium component and sodium component as at least one of potassium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide and recycling and reusing the recovered ammonia and recovered aqueous hydrofluoric acid solution for the preparation of a new etching solution and at least one of the recovered potassium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide for processing the waste etching solution as a neutralizing agent.

摘要: As a result of dedicated research, the present inventors have successfully invented a collagen gene construct which can be easily purified and maintains a triple helix structure equivalent to that of naturally-occurring collagen while having a low molecular weight. Specifically, one-step purification by affinity purification is enabled because CR-D (a signal peptide) has a carbohydrate recognition domain. By substituting a portion of a human collagen structural gene of the present invention with the collagen-like structural gene portion of MBL, a low-molecular-weight collagen which maintains a triple helix structure and is thermally stable can be obtained with high purity and in large quantities.

摘要: A method of purifying an exhaust gas by means of an “adsorption unit (adsorption columns (7a, 7b)) including an adsorbent layer packed with precoated mesoporous active carbon” capable of alternately switched operations of adsorption and desorption, wherein prior to the treatment by means of the adsorption unit, a concentration increase is effected by means of a “pre-treatment unit (honeycomb rotor (11) or stationary honeycomb) including an adsorbent layer packed with precoated mesoporous active carbon” for concentrating of any dilute volatile hydrocarbon contained in the exhaust gas. Consequently, there can be provided a method of purifying large amounts of exhaust gas with dilute volatile hydrocarbon concentration, in which without emission of carbon dioxide, any volatile hydrocarbon contained can be recovered with extreme easiness as a liquid. Further, there can be provided a purification method in which “zero emission” is attained with respect to volatile hydrocarbons.
