    摘要: A current-jump-control circuit including an abrupt metal-insulator phase transition device is proposed, and includes a source, the abrupt metal-insulator phase transition device and a resistive element. The abrupt metal-insulator phase transition device includes first and second electrodes connected to the source, and shows an abrupt metal-insulator phase transition characteristic of a current jump when an electric field is applied between the first electrode and the second electrode. The resistive element is connected between the source and the abrupt metal-insulator phase transition device to control a jump current flowing through the abrupt metal-insulator phase transition device. According to the above current control circuit, the abrupt metal-insulator phase transition device can be prevented from being failed due to a large amount of current and thus the current-jump-control circuit can be applied in various application fields.

The services site may identify which services site is mapped to the client domain of the unique client identifier in the request. If the services site that received the request is not the services site identified by the client domain, the services site that received the request may provide a redirect token that includes a link to the identified services site to the client device. Otherwise, the services site that received the request may provide one or more links to resources in a cluster within the services site. The links to resources may include a link to the requested home resource. Other embodiments are described and claimed.

    摘要: A ramp generator includes a row decoder, a column decoder, a current cell matrix and a current-voltage converter. The row decoder generates row selection signals, and the column decoder generates column selection signals. Each of current cells included in the current cell matrix is turned on to provide a unit current if a corresponding row selection signal and a corresponding column selection signal are activated. Each of the current cells is maintained to be turned on even if the corresponding row selection signal or the corresponding column selection signal is deactivated. The current cell matrix outputs an output current by summing unit currents provided from the current cells that are turned on. The current-voltage converter converts the output current of the current cell matrix into a ramp voltage. Therefore, the ramp generator may have a small size and prevent a glitch.

The row decoder generates row selection signals, and the column decoder generates column selection signals. Each of current cells included in the current cell matrix is turned on to provide a unit current if a corresponding row selection signal and a corresponding column selection signal are activated. The current cell matrix outputs an output current by summing unit currents provided from the current cells that are turned on. The slide hinge device includes: a slide hinge unit installed in the rear of the slide part, for guiding a slide of the slide part; a fixed hinge unit installed in the front of the main part; and a lift hinge unit rotatably installed to the fixed hinge unit and engaged with the slide hinge unit to guide a slide of the slide hinge unit. In the case the slide part is opened, the lift hinge unit rotates to the fixed hinge unit and raises the slide part to be slanted towards the main part, thereby enabling a microphone and a receiver of a personal portable device to be close to the mouth and an ear of a user, respectively.
