摘要: Recently, at least some parts of exterior components of vehicles have been made of plastic as well by back-molding lacquer films with plastic. A large number of such exterior components require transparent areas which are produced separately and are inserted into die-cut zones of the component. Said method requires a lot of effort while joints are difficult to prevent. The aim of the invention therefore is to create a component that can be produced in a simpler manner and without creating gaps as well as an adequate method for the production thereof. Said aim is achieved by introducing a hole into the film for the transparent area, inserting said film into the component mold, and then back-molding the same with a transparent plastic material in the mold such that the hole is filled with the transparent plastic material.

摘要: The present invention relates to a muffler for an exhaust system of an internal combustion engine having an exhaust gas-carrying first pipe which is connectable to a first exhaust line of the exhaust system or forms an integral component of the first exhaust line, and an exhaust gas-carrying second pipe which is connectable to a second exhaust line of the exhaust system or forms an integral component of the second exhaust line. To design the muffler to be as compact as possible, a housing of the muffler includes a damper space situated between the pipes and has two longitudinal side walls each formed by a wall section of one of the pipes that is permeable for airborne sound.

摘要: A reactive sound attenuator which includes a sensor for detecting a sound parameter in a space, e.g. a duct, consists of a signal amplifier that is used to amplify a detected signal, an electroacoustic transducer and a cavity with at least one membrane. The membrane, which is capable of moving in a vibratory manner, is part of a wall of a space, e.g. a duct wall. A sensor, which is disposed in the immediate vicinity of, in or on the membrane, detects the vibrations of the membrane. The sensor's signal, which is amplified and inverted by the amplifier, controls the membrane vibration via the electroacoustic transducer.

摘要: The invention relates to a controlled acoustic wave guide configured as an elongated hollow chamber (1) which via an opening (2) in its first face end (3) is connected to a sound-conducting channel (4). The longitudinal resonances of the hollow chamber (1) can be adjusted to a sound spectrum to be dampened. To this end diaphragm vibrations are detected by means of a microphone (10) which is positioned directly in front of the diaphragm (8) of at least one loud-speaker (9) at the second face-end (6) of the hollow chamber (1). The microphone signal is then inverted using an amplifier (11) and fed back to the loud-speaker (9) after amplification in accordance with a sensor (12) signal characterizing the sound spectrum in the channel (4).
