    摘要: The present invention relates to a multilayer tube comprising, in succession in its radial direction from the outside inwards: a nylon-11 or nylon-12 polyamide outer layer (1); a tie layer (2); an optional EVOH layer (3); an optional layer (4) made of PA-6 or a PA-6/polyolefin blend having a PA-6 matrix and polyolefin dispersed phase; an inner layer (5) based on PA-6 in contact with the transported fluid, comprising by weight, the total being 100%: 40 to 65% (advantageously 45 to 60%) of PA-6, 1 to 20% (advantageously 5 to 15%) of HDPE, 10 to 30% (advantageously 15 to 25%) of at least one polymer P1 chosen from impact modifiers and polyethylenes, either or both of the HDPE and the P1 being completely or partly functionalized and 5 to 30% (advantageously 15 to 30% and preferably 17 to 24%) of an electrically conductive material. The tube of the present invention has a very low permeability to petrol, particularly to hydrocarbons and to their additives, in particular alcohols such as methanol and ethanol or else ethers such as MTBE or ETBE. These tubes also have a very good resistance to fuels and lubricating oils for engines.This tube has very good mechanical properties at low temperature or at high temperature. The invention also relates to the use of these tubes for transporting petrol.

    摘要: The present invention relates to polyamide (A) and polyolefin (B) blends containing nanofillers in which the polyamide forms the matrix. These blends can also be referred to as “polyamide (A), polyolefin (B) and nanofiller blends in which the polyamide forms the matrix”. The invention also relates to structures with barrier properties comprising at least one layer of these blends and optionally at least one layer of another material. These structures are a barrier to numerous fluids, and in particular to oxygen, to styrene, to fumigation fluids, to pentane and to air conditioning fluids. These structures can be made into bottles, reservoirs, containers, pipes and vessels of all sorts. They can also be converted to films which are used to make packagings.

    摘要: The invention concerns flexible high thermomechanical stress-resistant and fire retardant halogen-free thermoplastic compositions, comprising a polyamide block-graft copolymer consisting of a trunk and on average at least one polyamide graft, wherein the grafts are bound to the trunk by the residues of an unsaturated monomer (X) having a function capable of reacting with a polyamide at the amine-terminal, the unsaturated monomer residues (X) being bound on the trunk by grafting or copolymerization from the double bond thereof. The invention is characterized in that the compositions comprise a mixture: 50 to 70 wt. % of polyamide block copolymer, 25 to 35 wt. % of a flame-retardant agent selected among ammonium phosphates, phosphinates, pyrophosphates, and polyphosphates, about 2 wt. % of zeolite, or hydrotalcitemolecular sieves. Said compositions are particularly useful for making electric cables, electric components, for molding electrotechnical housings, or for making coating layers or thermal protection sleeves for fluid transfer lines in the automotive industry.

    摘要: The present invention relates to fire-retarded compositions comprising, by weight, the total being 100 parts: 50 to 75 parts of a blend of a polyamide (A) and a polyolefin (B), 25 to 50 parts of a blend comprising: 0.1 to 48.8 parts of a fire retardant, 0.1 to 30 parts of a phosphorus-containing plasticizer, 0.1 to 10 parts of a zeolite, the total of these three products being between 25 and 50. These compositions have a V0 or V1 classification according to the UL94-VB test when a fire test is carried out on test specimens 1.6 mm in thickness. They have many advantages, in particular the elongation at break measured according to ISO R 527-1B exceeds 100%. As regards the impact strength, they have a non-brittle behaviour in multiaxial impact at room temperature according to ISO 6603-2 (at a rate of 7.7 m/s). They retain at least 50% of their mechanical properties after ageing for seven days at 120° C. in hot air. These compositions are useful for insulating and protecting electrical cables and optical fibres and for moulding electrical cases and connectors.
