    摘要: The present disclosure relates to an information processing network based on uniform code issuance, a method for the same, and a sensing access device, wherein a releaser sends a corresponding code issuing request to a core administrator, such that the core administrator or a code issuing agency authorized by the core administrator generates a coding medium; in this way, when an accessing party identifies the coding medium with an equipped sensing access device, it may obtain information that matches the identified coding medium and further obtain the following information provided by the releaser, including: information to be released by the releaser, attribute state of the releaser, attribute state of an interacting party associated with the releaser, and information obtained from identifying other coding medium with the sensing access device equipped to the releaser. The present disclosure enables access based on a site-specific motif through various kinds of sensing access manners so as to accurately track respective nodes in the information dissemination process and realize circulation-based value quantization and cashing.

    摘要: A method of power system preventive control candidate measures identification self-adaptive to external environment, which is applicable to dynamic identification of stations and power equipment under the effect of calamity, and judgment of preventive control measures that lose or restore control capability, and those for which control range or cost has changed. Automatic online identification of set of preventive control candidate measures includes two tasks: identification of stations and power equipment under the effect of calamity, and adjustment of the space of preventive control measures. According to information of power transmission line fault probability due to calamity, online dynamic quantitative assessment of stations and equipment is performed under the effect of external environment, and automatically correct control range and control cost of the measures according to the effect on equipment, so that the result of preventive control adapts to real-time external environment, ensuring feasibility and economy of auxiliary decision making.

    摘要: A constructing method for a concrete cylinder of a construction steel bar of a high-rise steel structure adopts a constructing method of supporting inside and climbing outside. The outside of the cylinder adopts hydraulic mutual-climbing adhesive lifting scaffold creeping formwork system (100), and also has an outside wallboard mechanical formwork erection function and an outer frame protection function. For the inside of the cylinder, except that an appropriate structure is left for later processing according to a schedule requirement, beam walls all adopt a steel cylinder support to perform formwork erection, so as to greatly reduce the workload of repeatedly mounting/dismantling the scaffold and the formwork at a high place. The scaffold itself carries the formwork erection system, so formwork erection and formwork removal can be mechanized, thereby reducing the risk of formwork erection and formwork removal at a high place.
