    摘要: A method of fabricating a flash memory device includes defining a high voltage region and a low voltage region on a substrate. The high voltage region provides an area for one or more first transistors configured to operation at a first voltage, the low voltage region providing an area for one or more second transistors configured to operation at a second voltage that is lower than the first voltage, each first transistor having a gate and a source/drain region on each side of the gate. A first impurity region is formed as part of the source/drain region, the first impurity region having a first depth from an upper surface of the substrate, the first impurity region being of first conductivity having a first impurity concentration. A second impurity is formed as part of the source/drain region, the second impurity region having a second depth from the upper surface of the substrate that is less than first depth, the second impurity region being of the first conductivity and having a second impurity concentration that is greater than the first impurity concentration. Impurities of second conductivity are implanted into the source/drain region.

    摘要: A communications terminal is provided. The terminal has a SIM card reader that allows a user to easily identify the owner of a SIM card. Owner identification data may be stored on the SIM card, and when power is first applied to the communications terminal, the owner identification data may be read from the SIM card and played by the communications terminal, including reading an image from the SIM card and displaying the image on a display screen of the communications terminal, and/or reading audio data from the SIM card and playing the audio data over a speaker of the communications terminal. Owner identifying data may be attached to a SIM card. When inserted into a receiving slot of a communications terminal, the identifying data may be viewed through a transparent window adjacent the SIM card receiving slot, either in the terminal itself, or in a SIM card holder attached to the SIM card and inserted into a slot.

    摘要: A communications terminal that utilizes a SIM card is configured to allow a user to easily identify the owner of a SIM card. In one embodiment of the invention, owner identification data is stored on the SIM card, and when power is first applied to the communications terminal, the owner identification data is read from the SIM card and played by the communications terminal. In some embodiments, this could include reading an image of the owner from the SIM card and displaying the image on a display screen of the communications terminal. In other embodiments, this could include reading audio data from the SIM card and playing the audio data over a speaker of the communications terminal. In yet other embodiments of the invention, owner identifying data can be attached to a SIM card, and the SIM card is then inserted into a receiving slot of a communications terminal. The communications terminal would be designed to include a transparent window adjacent the SIM card receiving slot such that the owner identifying data on the SIM card can be viewed through the transparent window. In still other embodiments of the invention, a SIM card holder is attached to a SIM card, and the holder includes a transparent window. The SIM card holder is designed such that indicia on the SIM card, or a label applied to the SIM card, is viewable through the transparent window.
