    摘要: The present invention relates to a two-wavelength semiconductor laser device, more particularly, to a fabrication method of a multi-wavelength semiconductor laser device. In this method, a substrate having an upper surface separated into at least first and second areas is provided. Then, a first dielectric mask on the substrate is formed to expose only the first area. Then, epitaxial layers for a first semiconductor laser are grown on the first area of the substrate. Then, a second dielectric mask on the substrate is formed to expose only the second area. Then, epitaxial layers for a second semiconductor laser are grown on the second area of the substrate.

    摘要: Disclosed is a method of forming a pattern on a mask sheet including an attaching portion to be attached to a mask frame, and a pattern area in which the pattern is formed. The method includes positioning the mask sheet on an auxiliary sheet with a thickness greater than the thickness of the mask sheet, fastening the auxiliary sheet to the mask frame, applying a stretching force to the mask sheet and the auxiliary sheet, and forming the pattern on the pattern area of the mask sheet. Thus, a predetermined pattern is formed on a mask sheet while a uniformly distributed external force is applied to the mask sheet, so that bending or deflecting out of plane by the mask sheet is prevented, thereby forming a precise mask pattern.

The method of controlling a picture quality of the flat panel display comprises measuring brightness of a display stain, which is generated on a flat display panel, at a vertical direction and a horizontal direction, respectively; imaginarily dividing the display stain in a predetermined distance along a direction that a brightness change is large among the vertical direction and the horizontal direction in accordance with the measured result; detecting edge points where divided border lines of the divided display stains and an edge of the display stain are joined; determining compensation values, which are applied to a plurality of compensation applying surfaces that are defined by the edge points and the divided border lines within the display stain; and adjusting digital video data to be displayed at the compensation applying surfaces using the compensation values.

    摘要: Provided is a parallel program execution method in which in order to reflect structural characteristics of a multithreaded processor-based parallel system, performance of the parallel loop is predicted while compiling or executing using a performance prediction model and then the parallel program is executed using an adaptive execution method. The method includes the steps of: generating as many threads as the number of physical processors of the parallel system in order to execute at least one parallel loop contained in the parallel program; by the generated threads, executing at least one single loop of each parallel loop; measuring an execution time, the number of executed instructions, and the number of cache misses for each parallel loop; determining an execution mode of each parallel loop by determining the number of threads used to execute each parallel loop based on the measured values; and allocating the threads to each physical processor according to the result of the determination to execute each parallel loop. The method significantly improves the performance of the parallel program driven in the multithreaded processor-based parallel system.
