摘要: In a vehicle built-in electronic control apparatus, second control programs are written, second RAM memory for calculation processing and second input/output ports, and a serial-parallel converter for full duplex two-way serial communication for mutually conducting data communications between the main CPU and the sub CPU in operation of the controlled vehicle, and at the time of starting operation of the controlled vehicle, a part of the control constants stored in the first nonvolatile memory is transferred to the second RAM memory through the serial-parallel converter for the serial communication and the sub CPU performs predetermined calculation based on the contents of the second control programs of the second nonvolatile memory and the contents of the control constants transferred to the second RAM memory.

摘要: A vehicle-mounted electronic control apparatus comprises: a main CPU including a first nonvolatile memory in which at least control programs and control constants, in correspondence with types of controlled vehicles, transmitted from an external tool are written, the main CPU including a first RAM for calculation processing; a sub CPU including a second nonvolatile memory in which programs for input/output processing are written and a second RAM for calculation processing; and a serial-parallel converter for serial communication adapted to transmit a plurality of input signals, which are input to the sub CPU, to the main CPU, wherein a plurality of filter constants corresponding to the plurality of input signals are stored in at least one of the first and second nonvolatile memory; and the sub CPU has a digital filter section adapted to perform predetermined calculation based on the filter constants to transmit a result of the calculation to the main CPU.

摘要: To miniaturize and standardize an on-vehicle electronic controller by improving an input filter circuit in the device. Direct input interface circuits and a direct output interface circuit are connected to a data bus of a microprocessor, which has a nonvolatile memory for storing a control program and so on and a RAM memory for computing. ON/OFF signals inputted from indirect input interface circuits are transmitted to the RAM memory via a variable filter circuit, in which a filter constant is set by a constant setting register, and interactive serial communication circuits. A filter constant stored in the nonvolatile memory is stored in the constant setting register via the interactive serial communication circuits.

摘要: Evacuation operation performance is improved when any abnormality occurs in an electronic throttle control system. When any serious abnormality occurs, a first abnormality storage element (133) operates, a load relay for a power supply circuit (104a) of a throttle valve open/close controlling motor (103) is de-energized to operate a first alarm and display (109a). Thus a first device carries out the evacuation operation by a fuel cut control. When any slight abnormality occurs, a second abnormality storing element (136) comes to actuate thereby a second alarm and display (109b) being operated. Thus a second device carries out the evacuation operation using together a throttle valve opening control by the motor 103 and the fuel cut control.

摘要: To secure normal operation and then restart a microprocessor (CPU) when a CPU built into an on-vehicle electronic apparatus runs away. A number of on-vehicle loads driven from a CPU, a watchdog timer for monitoring the CPU to reset and restart it on occurrence of an abnormality, and a memory element for storing generation of the reset output are provided, and load driving elements or a load relay is rendered inoperative by output of the memory element. The memory element is reset by cutting off or reclosing the power switch, and an on-vehicle electronic apparatus returns to a normal state.

摘要: In an on-vehicle electronic control unit, error in output voltages from a constant voltage power supply circuit (C.V.P.S.) for use in a reference power supply of an A/D converter, occurs due to temperature rise. Whereby, there is a problem of the decrease of an A/D conversion accuracy. A C.V.P.S. supplies a voltage to analog sensors and to an AD converter. Furthermore, an output from a temperature sensor that is disposed in the neighborhood of the C.V.P.S. is stored in a memory as a contrast temperature data T at a time point of shipping. In addition, voltage fluctuation characteristic data due to the change of temperatures of the C.V.P.S. and detection fluctuation characteristic data accompanied by the change of voltages of the analog sensor group have preliminarily been stored, and the fluctuations in digital converted values accompanied with the change of temperatures in the neighborhood of the C.V.P.S. are compensated.

The first transfer section transfers and writes the variable control data from the data memory to the RAM. 摘要: A microprocessor runaway monitoring control circuit with which self-diagnosis of a watchdog timer WDT can be carried out safely and cheaply even during operation of the microprocessor (CPU).
