    摘要: The invention provides a nonwoven fabric of stretched filaments of different kind polymers, having a strength equal to that of a woven fabric and features including an elongation, a uniformity, good feeling, a bulkiness and a thinness, characterized in that the nonwoven fabric is provided with stretched filament webs comprising long filaments formed out of a plural kinds of thermoplastic polymers of different properties, the long filaments as a whole being aligned in one direction, and a method for manufacturing the same. The invention provides also a nonwoven fabric of stretched filaments having a high strength as well as a high bulkiness and comprising different kind polymers which is provided with a first web layer of crimped filaments and a second web layer of substantially non-crimped, stretched long filaments, and a method for manufacturing the same.

    摘要: The object of the present invention is to provide a nonwoven fabric which is excellent in bulkiness and touch feeling as well as strength and dimensional stability and to provide a method for producing the above nonwoven fabric through a simple and convenient manner without employing any particular spinning device. The invention relates to a bulky nonwoven fabric composed of a stretched filament web which is prepared from either at least one layer of a stretched unidirectionally arranged filament web which is composed of almost unidirectionally arranged long fibers being stretched and shrunk or a stretched crosswise laminated filament web made of two or more layers of the stretched unidirectionally arranged filament webs and a short fiber web which is entangled with said stretched filament web and is crimped as a result of shrinkage of the long fibers, and a method for producing the same.

    摘要: A process for producing a non-woven fabric of cross-laminated warp web and weft webs is provided, which comprises first preparing the weft webs by ejecting a molten polymer of specified properties through orifices provided on the peripheral surface of a rotating vessel, in the lateral direction of the vessel and toward elongated stocks arranged in parallel and in cylindrical form and running around the vessel vertically in the direction of the polymer ejection; causing the ejected polymer to form adhesive filaments adhered onto the stocks to thereby fix the arrangement of the stocks; cutting open the resulting web and cutting the cut-open web by a length corresponding to a width of the above cross-laminated product; successively placing the cut webs onto the above warp web without gaps; and melting the adhesive filaments constituting the weft webs by heating the laminate to thereby bond the cross-points of the weft webs and the warp web to obtain the above product.This product has a precise lattice arrangement and can be simply and cheaply produced and used for various uses.

    摘要: A non-woven fabric having a strength which is comparable to the strength of woven fabric and a method of making such non-woven fabric are disclosed. The non-woven fabric has a laminated structure composed of a warp web of random-laid non-woven fabric stretched lengthwise and hence having a greater strength in the lengthwise direction than in the transverse direction, and a weft web of random-laid non-woven fabric stretched transversely and hence having a greater strength in the transverse direction than in the lengthwise direction. Filaments constituting each of the warp and weft webs are substantially free from molecular orientation and extendible at least two times the original length before the web is stretched. Upon stretching of the web, the un-oriented filaments are substantially stretched to thereby cause molecular orientation therein.

    摘要: An improved method for producing a reticular nonwoven fabric in which the velocity of the transversely stretching line step can be much increased by providing the transversely stretching step with a longitudinally orienting step, thereby accelerating the whole production line. The method of the invention includes the continuous steps of: a first feeding step to feed a first film material; a longitudinally stretching step to stretch the first film material; a splitting step to split the longitudinally the stretched first film material; a laterally spreading step to spread the split film; a second feeding step to feed a second film material; a longitudinally orienting step to orient the second film material; a transversely slitting step to slit the oriented second film material; a transversely stretching step to stretch the slit second film material; and a laminating step to laminate the first film material with the second film material.
