    摘要: To provide an ultrasonic processing device that is capable of effectively carrying out a cleaning operation, a resist-stripping operation, etc. by projecting ultrasonic uniformly over an entirety of the ultrasonic processing target region by means of ultrasonic oscillation elements each having a width smaller than an ultrasonic processing target region of a processing object, as well as to provide an electronic parts fabrication method using the foregoing device, a plurality of ultrasonic oscillation elements are arranged so as to planarly extend in a glass substrate transport direction and in a glass substrate width direction, and projected figures obtained by projecting said ultrasonic oscillation elements to a plane perpendicular to the glass substrate transport direction form a single belt-like region of a width exceeding a width of the ultrasonic processing target region. The foregoing arrangement causes ultrasonic-projected regions of the ultrasonic oscillation elements to partly overlap each other on a surface of the glass substrate when the glass substrate is transported by transport rollers in the transport direction, thereby enabling ultrasonic projection over the complete entirety of the ultrasonic processing target region.

    摘要: A liquid crystal display panel includes an active matrix substrate, a counter substrate, a liquid crystal layer, and a sealant. The counter electrode is opposed to the active matrix substrate. The liquid crystal layer is provided between the active matrix substrate and the counter substrate. The sealant, which surrounds the liquid crystal layer between the active matrix substrate and the counter substrate, joins the active matrix substrate and the counter substrate and seals the liquid crystal layer. A portion of the surface on the liquid crystal layer side of the active matrix substrate which is located at the periphery of the liquid crystal display panel is flat.

    摘要: A liquid crystal display device is provided with a switching element in neighborhoods of crossing points of a gate wiring and a data wiring. An interlayer insulating film is provided on the switching element. A pixel electrode connected with the switching element is provided on the interlayer insulating film. Moreover, a spacer for keeping a thickness of a liquid crystal layer constant is disposed in the liquid crystal layer and in a sealing member for sealing the liquid crystal layer. Materials of the interlayer insulating film and spacers are optimized. This configuration prevents degradation of a defective ratio and reliability due to the spacer disposed in the liquid crystal layer sinking into the interlayer insulating film.

    摘要: A panel having a plurality of electrode terminals disposed along a peripheral portion of one surface thereof is assembled at small size, less weight, and low cost. Flexible wiring boards on which a drive IC is mounted are connected to the electrode terminals, and circuit wiring is connected to the flexible wiring boards. On both sides of the peripheral portion of the panel, a first junction terminal and a second junction terminal are provided. By a first circuit wiring, the second junction terminal corresponding to one flexible wiring board is connected to the first junction terminal corresponding to another flexible wiring board adjacent to the flexible wiring board. An input terminal, output terminals, and a third junction terminal that lead to the drive IC are provided at places corresponding to the various terminals on one surface of the flexible wiring boards. By the second circuit wiring, the input terminal is connected to the third junction terminal. The corresponding terminals are connected to each other by overlapping the flexible wiring boards on the peripheral portion of the panel.

    摘要: An electronic measuring apparatus is placed on a drawing or other material on which a measuring object is drawn. The apparatus has a main display of a dot matrix liquid crystal display having a touch sensor. A plurality of points corresponding to the measuring object such as a graphic are entered as specific points. A calculating section calculates lengths of a straight line and a curve, an angle between two straight lines, or regional area of a region based on coordinate data of the respective specified points. The calculated results are shown on the main display. With the arrangement, the respective measurings of the length, angle, regional area, and other measuring object are carried out with ease and high accuracy. Moreover, a variety of processings such as unit conversion and scale factor conversion can be carried out only by entering respective specific data.
