摘要: There is provided a resin foam excellent in dustproof performance, particularly dustproof performance in a dynamic environment. The resin foam of the present invention has a thickness recovery ratio of 65% or more, wherein the thickness recovery ratio is defined as a ratio of a thickness 1 second after releasing a compressed state to an initial thickness, when the resin foam is compressed for 1 minute in the thickness direction so as to give a thickness equal to 20% of the initial thickness in a 23° C. atmosphere; and then the compressed state is released in a 23° C. atmosphere.

摘要: There is provided a resin foam sheet low in the apparent density and thin and flexible, and excellent in the stability in winding-up (wind-up stability). The resin foam sheet according to the present invention has an apparent density of 0.03 to 0.30 g/cm3, a compression stress at 50%-compression of not more than 5.0 N/cm2, a thickness of not less than 0.05 mm and not more than 0.40 mm, a length of not less than 5 m, and a width of not less than 300 mm. 摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a linear actuator in which reliability is improved, and performance is also easily improved. The present invention provides a linear actuator including a stator, a movable element having an iron member, and being reciprocatable with respect to the stator, a permanent magnet fixed to the stator so as to be opposed to the iron member, and a coil fixed to the stator. Because both the coil and the permanent magnet are fixed to the stator, electrical current does not have to be supplied to the movable element, and the feeder lines connected to the coil will not be broken due to the movement of the movable element. In addition, the weight of the movable element will not be increased even when the weigh of the permanent magnet is increased in order to obtain high magnetic flux density for improvement in performance. Moreover, because the movable element does not include a magnet, a magnetizing operation does not have to be applied to the movable element. The permanent magnets may be a pair in which the directions the magnetic poles thereof differ from each other, and two pairs of permanent magnets may be provided. The number of magnetic fluxes that run through the magnetic pole elements and the iron member can be increased by providing a magnetic reluctance section around the permanent magnets.

The apparatus includes: electromagnet devices for generating magnetic forces acting at right angles on the steel sheet; sensor devices for detecting separation distances between the steel sheet and the electromagnet devices; control devices for controlling a flow of excitation current through the electromagnet devices according to separation distances detected by the sensor devices; and actuator devices for adjusting the separation distance between the steel sheet and the electromagnet devices; wherein the actuator devices adjust the separation distance when a specific condition is attained in a positional relationship between the steel sheet and the electromagnet devices.

摘要: To provide a dustproofing material having superior dustproofness and having such superior flexibility as to fit in a further minute clearance typically of 0.10 to 0.20 mm.Disclosed is a foam dustproofing material which is a dustproofing material including a foam having a thickness of 0.1 to 1.0 mm, in which the foam has a micro cell structure with an average cell diameter of 10 to 65 μm, has such characteristic properties as to give a load against repulsion of from 0.010 to 0.100 MPa upon compression to a thickness of 0.1 mm, and has an apparent density of 0.01 to 0.050 g/cm3. The foam preferably has a closed cell structure or semi-open/semi-closed cell structure. The foam dustproofing material may further include a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on one or both sides of the foam. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is preferably present above the foam through a film layer.
