    摘要: A radiation-sensitive planographic printing plate which is excellent in terms of durability wherein development with water, or direct production of the plate from digital data through infrared laser recording in particular such that a special process is not necessary, is possible, by forming on a support a photosensitive layer containing a reaction product of a compound having in a molecule thereof a functional group X and a functional group Y and a compound represented by a formula (1) stated below, or alternatively, containing a polymerization product of a compound having the functional group X and a compound represented by the formula (1) stated below. Further by incorporating water-insoluble particles in this photosensitive layer, many voids are formed in the photosensitive layer, further improving sensitivity and discrimination. The functional group X is a group selected from among a sulfonic acid ester group, a disulfone group, a sulfonimide group, and an alkoxyalkyl ester group and the functional group Y is a group selected from among --OH, --NH.sub.2, --COOH, --NH--CO--R.sub.3, and --Si(OR.sub.4).sub.3 [wherein R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 each represents an alkyl group or an aryl group].(R.sub.1).sub.n --X--(OR.sub.2).sub.4-n (1)wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 each represents an alkyl group or an aryl group; X represents Si, Al, ti, or Zr; and n represents an integer from 0 to 2.

    摘要: The object of the present invention is to provide a planographic original plate which can be engraved directly according to digital signals by laser beams and which can be water-developed or can be used directly for printing without a developing process. This objective has been achieved by a planographic original plate comprising a substrate and a photosensitive layer which is supported by the substrate and which contains a polymeric compound having as a side chain at least one structural unit selected from the structural units represented by the general formulas (1) to (3).General Formula (1)--SO.sub.3 --CH.sub.2 --L.sub.n --O--ZIn the general formula (1), L represents a linking group composed of a non-metallic atom. --O--Z represents a group which is decomposed by an acid to become --OH. n is 0 or 1.General Formula (2)--SO.sub.3 --L--W.sup.1In the general formula (2), W.sup.1 represents a group which is decomposed by an acid and selected from an ester group, a ketal group, a thioketal group, an acetal group and a tertiary alcohol group.     摘要: A planographic printing plate precursor includes a support having disposed thereon a recording layer containing a water-insoluble and alkali-soluble resin, a development inhibitor and an infrared absorber and exhibiting enhanced solubility in an aqueous alkali solution through light exposure. The recording layer may have either a mono-layer construction or a multi-layer construction containing a lower layer and an upper layer. In the case of the multi-layer construction, a layer containing the water-insoluble and alkali-soluble resin is used as the lower layer, and a layer containing the water-insoluble and alkali-soluble resin and the development inhibitor and exhibiting enhanced solubility in an aqueous alkali solution through light exposure is used as the upper layer, and at least one of the lower layer and the upper layer contains the infrared absorber.
