    摘要： In an insulator (21) inserted between a carburetor (30) and a cylinder (3) for a purpose of insulating heat, there are formed an intake passage (22) connected to the carburetor (30), and a pair of first air passages (23) connected to respective air flow paths (14) communicated with a pair of scavenging ports (10) formed in the cylinder (3). Air control valves (25) are respectively provided within a pair of first protruding portions (33) communicating with an air cleaner (32), and are connected to the pair of first air passages (23) via a pair of connection members (35). Portions from the air passages within the pair of first protruding portions (33) to the pair of first air passages (23) are respectively formed as smooth air passages in which a change of an inner diameter cross sectional area in a connection portion is small.

    摘要： A method is provided for producing an ultra-high strength steel having a tensile strength of at least about 900 MPa (130 ksi), a toughness as measured by Charpy V-notch impact test at −40° C. (−40° F.) of at least about 120 joules (90 ft-lbs), and a microstructure comprising predominantly fine-grained lower bainite, fine-grained lath martensite, or mixtures thereof, transformed from substantially unrecrystallized austenite grains and comprising iron and specified weight percentages of the additives: carbon, silicon, manganese, copper, nickel, niobium, vanadium, molybdenum, chromium, titanium, aluminum, calcium, Rare Earth Metals, and magnesium. A steel slab is heated to a suitable temperature; the slab is reduced to form plate in one or more hot rolling passes in a first temperature range in which austenite recrystallizes; said plate is further reduced in one or more hot rolling passes in a second temperature range below said first temperature range and above the temperature at which austenite begins to transform to ferrite during cooling; said plate is quenched to a suitable Quench Stop Temperature; and said quenching is stopped and said plate is allowed to air cool to ambient temperature.

    摘要： A sealing material receiving structure in a junction block for use on a vehicle or the like is provided. The junction block comprises a top cover provided with a connector or connectors, or a wiring board; a bottom cover provided with a connector or connectors, or a wiring board; an insulating plate or plates provided with bus bars having tab terminals, and placed between the top and bottom covers; and an elastic plate-shaped packing placed between the lowermost insulating plate and the bottom cover. Rectangular enclosures are formed integrally with the packing so as to surround holes for receiving the tab terminals formed in the packing. Holes for receiving the enclosures therein, respectively, are formed in the bottom cover. The dimensions of the enclosures, the tab terminals, the holes formed in the packing, and the holes formed in the bottom cover are determined selectively so that the tab terminals fit the holes formed in the packing and the enclosures tight, and the enclosures fit the holes formed in the bottom cover tight.

    摘要： Disclosed is a strainer which is suitable for use in supplying gasoline from a gasoline tank by means of a suction pipe. A strainer according to this invention comprises a cylindrical body having a net applied to the periphery thereof and a cover which is adapted to closely cover the top opening of the cylindrical body. The cover has an annular projection around the through hole at the center. In use, the cover is fit onto the top opening of the cylindrical body and then the end of a suction pipe is inserted in the cylindrical body through the annular projection.The structures of the cylindrical body and the cover are amenable to production by injection molding, and are easy to assemble.
