摘要: A game machine and information storage medium which can change at least one of game termination numbers specified for items including a lap number, life, time limit, player's vehicles, game points and game stages, for player's benefit, in comparison with the normal game termination number to be set by reception of a game charge for a normal one play of the game. This game machine comprises: an additional charge processing section for receiving an additional charge before game termination; a game termination number setting section for setting the game termination number for player's benefit in comparison with the normal game termination number set by reception of a game charge for a normal one play of the game; and a game termination processing section for processing for terminating the game when a specific number of laps or a time limit reaches the changed game termination number.

摘要: A transportation schedule planning support system receives an order of one or more types of products which requires a use-by date control, and transports the products from one or more stock-carrying bases to one or more delivery destinations. In the system, a user previously registers a transportation route candidate from a stock-carrying base to each delivery destination adoptable as a solution, as a base group. A necessary use-by date for a product to be delivered next is determined based on an actual delivery to each delivery destination. The number of vehicles allocatable to a transportation at each base according to a vehicle type, and a vehicle type not used in each base group are added to a restriction condition. A mixed integer programming is applied using an expected obtainable profit obtained by delivering each product as an objective function.

摘要: A media server device (40) can reproduce each of music compositions held in a built-in storage device (45). Moreover, the media server device (40), while being connected, can stream-distribute a digital content to a network player (51) so as to be reproduced in the network player (51). Reproduced digital content detection means (41) detects a music composition being reproduced. Stream-distribution means (42) stream-distributes data for reproducing the currently reproduced music composition as a notification music composition in the network player (51). Thus, it is possible to provide a media server device, a media server control method, and a program capable of enabling a particular partner to understand the reproduced digital content effectively and in the reproduction format.

摘要: A method for preparing methacrylic acid at high selectivities and high yields by catalytically vapor phase oxidizing isobutane is provided. In the method, a catalyst comprising (i) a sparingly water-soluble salt of a hetero poly acid and (ii) a composite oxide containing phosphorus, molybdenum and vanadium is used. Component (i) preferably has the element composition (but excluding oxygen) represented by the general formula AaBbMocWdVe (wherein A is a counter cation, for example cesium, B is the hetero atom of the hetero poly acid, for example silicon, and a, b, c, d and e represent an atomic ratio of the respective elements.), and component (ii) preferably has the element composition represented by the general formula PpMoqVrXsOt (wherein X is for example cesium, and p, q, r, s and t represent an atomic ratio of the respective elements.).

摘要: The present invention relates to a portable printer suitable for hand-carrying and transporting, and provides a portable printer which is easily carried and transported and provides less possibility of damage to the printing mechanism, and comprises a plurality of casings 1, 2, a printing mechanism 10 housed in the casing 1, 2 for performing a printing of a paper 100, and connecting means 3 for connecting the plurality of casings 1, 2 by mating wider surfaces 1a and 2a among outer surfaces of the casings 1, 2 when a printing of the paper 100 by the printing mechanism 10 is performed, and when a printing is not performed, the relative positional relationship of the plurality of casings 1, 2 can be varied to form an essentially flat configuration overall. With this construction, when a printing of the paper 100 is performed by the printing mechanism 10, the plurality of casings 1 and 2 are connected by mating the wider surfaces 1a and 2a of the outer surfaces of the casings 1 and 2 by the connecting means, and when a printing is not performed, the relative positional relationship of the plurality of casings 1, 2 is changed so that the plurality of casings 1, 2 form an essentially flat configuration overall. In either case, the printing mechanism 10 is housed within the casing and is not externally exposed.

摘要: A plurality of copying machines (12), (13), (14) are connected to a computer (39). Each copying machine (12), (13), (14) comprises sensor means (16), (17), (18), (19), (21), (22), (23), (24) for sensing various operating parameters thereof such as a total number of copies produced, machine malfunctions, amounts of remaining copy sheets and toner, etc. These parameters are all transmitted to the computer (39) which processes and prints them out. In response to a copying machine malfunction the computer (39) feeds back to the malfunctioning copying machine instructions for correction. The instructions are displayed at the copying machine. The computer (39) further computes the degree of degeneration of the photoconductive element of each copying machine (12), (13), (14) and controls the imaging exposure intensity and developing bias voltage in accordance therewith.
