    摘要: An electrical junction box is constituted by accommodating bus-bar circuit board composed of a plurality of bus-bars and an insulating plate in a case member composed of upper, lower and side cases. The bus-bar has a terminal for a connector vertically erecting from the surface of the bus-bar and introduced into fastening portions of the upper and lower cases and a terminal extending in parallel to the surface of the bus-bar while keeping a level difference so as to be accommodated in the housing of the side case at a predetermined pitch. In order to easily align the terminals and easily assemble and fasten a predetermined terminal or a connector, a boss and a cut portion are formed to correspond to the insulating plate for the purpose of supporting the terminal. As an alternative to this, a support member is inserted between the insulating plates.

    摘要: Branch connection busbars to be firmly installed in upper and lower cases each have upper and lower series of branched tabs projecting upwardly and downwardly from the upper and lower lateral edges of the busbar, respectively, through tab connecting portions, with the upper and lower series of branched tabs staggered. The upper and lower cases are each provided at their opposing contact surfaces with seats. The branch connection busbars are first installed into the lower case with the upwardly projecting branched tabs held firmly by the seats of the lower case. At the same time the downwardly projecting branched tabs are passed through tab insertion holes in the lower case. As the upper case is assembled onto the lower case, the upwardly projecting branched tabs are inserted into the tab insertion holes in the upper case and the seats of the upper case are held against the bottom of the downwardly projecting branched tabs. Thus, the upper and lower branched tabs are firmly held between one case and the seats of another case, preventing the branched tabs and busbars from being dislocated by external force produced when external connectors are mounted or dismounted.

    摘要: A structure of connection between a bus bar and a press-connecting branch terminal in an electric connnection box is disclosed wherein a plurality of bus bars constituting a circuit are accommodated within a casing composed of an upper case and a lower case; a housing having tab insertion holes at its bottom is formed on at least one of the upper and lower cases; a branch tab formed on one side portion of a press-connecting branch terminal is extended through the tab insertion hole into the housing to thereby constitute a connector insertion portion; and a desired one of the bus bars is press-fitted in and connected to a U-shaped slot formed in a press-connecting portion formed on the other side portion of the press-connecting terminal. The press-connecting branch terminal includes a base plate portion, opposed press-connecting portions formed on and projecting from one side of the base plate portion and each having a U-shaped slot, and one or more branch tabs formed on and projecting from the other side of the base plate portion. A seat for receiving the base plate portion is formed on an inner side of the bottom of the housing. A press projection is formed on that portion of the inner surface of the case disposed in opposed relation to the seat. Those portions of the press-connecting branch terminal and the bus bar which are press-connected together are fixedly held between the seat and the press projection.

Moreover, in an electric junction box utilizing the wire-circuit sheet, a busbar-wire connecting method includes the steps of: forming insertion holes through a cover in order to insert and fix busbar-tabs as terminals; inserting the busbar-tabs as terminals into the insertion holes in the cover; mounting a wire-circuit sheet at a predetermined position on the cover; and using the busbar-tabs as welding electrodes to weld the wires and the busbar-tabs together to connect them in a conductive state.
