摘要: To provide a bearing device for a wheel, in which a preload control is easy and a uniform amount of preload can be applied with a bearing seal being mounted, the bearing device for the wheel includes an outer member, an inner member and double rows of rolling elements interposed between the outer member and the inner member. The outer member has a flange on an outer periphery thereof and also has an inner periphery formed with two rolling surfaces. The inner member is formed with rolling surfaces opposed to the rolling surfaces of the outer member. The double rows of the rolling elements are interposed between the rolling surfaces of the outer member and the inner member. A sensor for detecting the amount of preload of the bearing is provided in one of the outer and inner members.

摘要: A bearing device for a wheel, where preload control is easy and a uniform amount of preload can be applied even if a bearing seal is installed in the bearing device. The bearing device rotatably supports a wheel and has an outer member 1, an inner member 2, and rolling elements 3 interposed between both members. The outer member 1 has on its outer periphery a vehicle body installation flange 1a, and double row rolling surfaces 6, 7 are formed on the inner peripheries of the outer member. Rolling surfaces 8, 9 facing the rolling surfaces 6, 7 of the outer member 1 are formed in the inner member 2. Between the rolling surfaces of both members 1, 2 are interposed the rolling elements 3. A sensor 4 for detecting the amount of preload of the bearing is provided on either the outer member 1 or the inner member 2.

The bearing device rotatably supports a wheel and has an outer member (1), an inner member (2), and rolling elements (3) interposed between both members. 摘要: A wheel support bearing assembly includes an outer member (1) having an inner peripheral surface formed with raceway surfaces (4), an inner member (2) having an outer peripheral surface formed with raceway surfaces (5) in face-to-face relation with the raceway surfaces (4) in the outer member (1), and rows of rolling elements (3) interposed between the raceway surfaces (4, 5). A ring member (21) made of a magnetostrictive material is fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the inner member (2), and a magnetostrictive sensor (23) and a displacement sensor (22) are disposed in the outer member (1) or a member (24) fixed to the outer member (1) to confront the ring member. The magnetostrictive sensor (23) measures a change in magnetic strain occurring in the ring member (21) and the displacement sensor (22) measures the distance between the ring member (21) and the displacement sensor (22).

摘要: A remote-controlled actuator assembly includes a distal end member fitted to a tip end of a spindle guide section for alteration in attitude, a tool rotatably provided in the distal end member, a tool rotation drive source for rotating the tool, and an attitude altering drive mechanism for operating the attitude of the distal end member. The spindle guide section has a rotary shaft for transmitting a rotation of the tool rotation drive source to the spindle and an attitude altering member to alter the attitude of the distal end member. The attitude altering mechanism includes an attitude altering drive source, a reduction unit to reduce a speed of input rotation from the attitude altering drive source, a motion converter mechanism to convert a rotational output from the reduction unit to advancing/retracting motion, and an output member to cause the attitude altering member to advance/retract according to an output of the motion converter mechanism.

摘要: This centrifugal blood pump apparatus includes an impeller provided in a blood chamber, a permanent magnet provided in one surface of the impeller, and a permanent magnet provided in an inner wall of the blood chamber, for attracting the permanent magnet. A centerline of the permanent magnet is arranged at a position different from that of a centerline of a sidewall of the blood chamber such that a rotation centerline of the impeller matches the centerline of the sidewall of the blood chamber during pump operation. Therefore, high torque transmission efficiency is obtained.

摘要: A remote controlled actuator includes an elongated spindle guide section (3), a distal end member (2) fitted to the distal end thereof for alteration in attitude, and a drive unit housing (4a) connected with a base end of the spindle guide section (3). A guide pipe restraining unit (50) is provided for restraining the guide pipe (30) from moving within the outer shell pipe (25).

摘要: An electric vehicle includes a slip ratio estimator that estimates a slip ratio based on rotational frequencies of respective driven and drive wheels. The vehicle also includes a disturbance observer that determines an estimate of a torque attributable to external force. The vehicle also includes an estimator that may estimate an entire torque to the drive wheel, based on a motor torque command value and the estimate of torque. The vehicle also includes an estimator that estimates a coefficient of friction between a road surface and a tire, based on the entire torque and the slip ratio. The vehicle also includes a determiner that determines a maximum acceptable torque Tmax, based on the coefficient of friction and a vertical load component. Torque limitation is performed such that the motor torque command value does not exceed the maximum acceptable torque Tmax.
