    摘要: An electric power supply system which, in the event of a power failure, is capable of efficiently supplying electric power to household electric appliances in cooperation of a vehicle, including a mechanism supplying electric power outside the vehicle, with a stationary fuel cell system and also includes an electric power supply system using a power converter for converting direct current powers from a vehicle fuel cell and a stationary fuel cell into alternating current powers.     摘要: To provide a novel apoptosis inducer, and a method of screening an apoptosis inducer. For example, an apoptosis inducer comprising inhibiting HDAC6 such as an antisense oligonucleotide to the gene of histone deacetylase 6 (HDAC6), and anti-cancer agent comprising this apoptosis inducer, and the present invention also provides a method of screening an apoptosis inducer that inhibits HDAC6, and more specifically a method of screening an apoptosis inducer said method comprising the steps of (1) determining whether or not a test substance inhibits histone deacetylase 6 (HDAC6) by using deacetylation of an acetylated substance that can be a substrate for histone deacetylase 6 (HDAC6) or decrease in the expression of histone deacetylase 6 (HDAC6) as an index; and (2) confirming, when inhibition is present, whether it induces apoptosis of the cell in vitro and/or in vivo.

    摘要: When power failure of a commercial power source is detected, an inverter interrupts power supply to a power line extending between the commercial power source and a load via a circuit breaker. Then the control mode of a load DC—DC converter is changed to a constant voltage control to maintain stable operation of a fuel cell. This allows the accessory DC—DC converter to supply power to accessories used for operating the fuel cell power generation system. Also, the quantity of city gas to be supplied to a reformer is changed to a quantity necessary for the fuel cell to generate power for driving the accessories. This makes it possible to avoid excessive production of hydrogen, thus improving energy efficiency of the fuel cell power generation system.
