    摘要: A spring 15 is crimpingly fixed to an element holding plate 14 of the fluid filter. Since the spring 15 is crimpingly fixed to the element holding plate 14, a material having a high elastic limit can be freely selected for the spring 15. At the assembling time, the spring 15 can be prevented from yielding to be elastically deformed, even when the size between the upper end of the element 12 and the crest of the filter case 11 fluctuates. As a result, it is possible to provide a fluid filter which requires no high sizing accuracy of the individual parts composing the fluid filter at the assembling time so that it can be easily assembled.

    摘要: An oil filter for preliminarily confirming a correct assembling of a valve body to a holder and for preventing the valve body from being abnormally assembled. A valve seat 22 is welded to a cap 14 covering a filter element 12. A claw portion for a valve body 25e is formed on the valve body 25, and an engagement portion for the valve body 27e to be engaged with the claw portion for the valve body 25e is formed on a holder 15 assembled with the inner peripheral side of the filter element 12. In addition, a spring member 29 is fitted between the valve body 25 and a spring receiving portion 27 provided for the holder 15. By the engagement of the claw portion for the valve body 25e with the engagement portion for the valve body 27e, the valve body 25 is assembled with the holder 15.

    摘要: A triaxial acceleration sensor which has a structure including a cover joined to a substrate including a mechanically operable functional unit to be sealed, is adapted in such a way that the joined state can be reliably obtained so as to not interfere with a displacement of the functional unit. A sealing frame is made of a heated polyimide on a periphery of an upper main surface of a substrate provided with a functional unit, and a sealing layer made of a polyimide is formed over an entire lower main surface of a cover. For integrating the substrate and the cover so as to seal the functional unit, the sealing frame and the sealing layer are joined to each other by heating and pressurizing the sealing frame and the sealing layer at a temperature that is about 50° C. to about 150° C. higher than a glass transition temperature of the polyimide while bringing the sealing frame and the sealing layer into contact with each other. In this case, a recess is formed in the vicinity of a portion of the sealing layer to be brought into contact with the sealing frame so that a bump, generated from the sealing layer which is deformed in the joining step, is prevented from protruding toward the functional unit.
