A molded composite comprising a first molded part 11 and a second molded part 12 which is bonded to the surface and/or a cross-sectional surface of the first molded part 11 is disclosed. The first molded part 11 is obtained by extrusion foam molding of an olefin thermoplastic elastomer composition, comprising (A) an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer rubber having an intrinsic viscosity [η] of 3.5 to 6.8 dl/g as measured at 135° C. in a decalin solvent, (B) a polyolefin resin, and (C) a mineral oil-based softener in a predetermined proportion and obtained by dynamically heat-treating a mixture of at least (A) the ethylene-α-olefin copolymer rubber and (B) the polyolefin resin in the presence of a cross-linking agent, at an expansion ratio of 1.2 times or more and the second molded part 12 is obtained by injection molding of the olefin thermoplastic elastomer composition and/or another thermoplastic elastomer composition and bonded to the surface and/or a cross-sectional surface of the first molded part 11.

Disclosed herein are an olefinic thermoplastic elastomer sheet which has the same rubber elasticity, flexibility and molding or forming and processing ability as those of the conventional olefinic thermoplastic elastomer sheets and is good in mechanical properties and excellent in mar resistance in particular, a production process thereof, and a laminate having a surface layer composed of this sheet. The olefinic thermoplastic elastomer sheet according to the present invention is composed of an elastomer material comprising an olefin random copolymer obtained by copolymerizing ethylene, an α-olefin having 3 to 10 carbon atoms and an unsaturated monomer having a functional group, and optionally a non-conjugated diene, and a metal ion for crosslinking the olefin random copolymer.

A heat exchanger includes a plurality of tubes 2 through an inner cavity of which a heat-transfer medium liquid flows, a sealing member 6 that seals the plurality of tubes 2 while exposing both ends thereof, with a blood channel passing outside each of the tubes 2 being formed in a central portion in the axial direction of the tubes, and a housing 5 that accommodates the tubes 2 sealed with the sealing member 6. The heat exchanger further includes a hollow fiber membrane 3 that is formed of a plurality of hydrophobic and gas permeable hollow fibers 4 and that is disposed on at least one of an entrance side and an exit side of the blood channel in the housing 5 so that a liquid flowing through the blood channel passes through the hollow fiber membrane 3. The housing 5 includes openings 10 for exposing open ends of each of the hollow fibers 4 forming the hollow fiber membrane 3 to the outside, and gaps between an inner side of the openings and the hollow fibers 4 are sealed. Air can be removed while suppressing a reduction in the heat exchange efficiency.
