摘要: An ink jet head, comprises partition walls made of an piezoelectric material and for dividing ink chambers; and driving electrodes provided on the partition walls, wherein lead conductors each of which is provided at a bottom portion of each ink chamber and is connected with a driving circuit, each lead conductor connected with the driving electrode so that a voltage is applied from the driving circuit through the lead conductor to the driving electrodes for each ink chamber, whereby the partition walls are deformed by shearing forces and an ink is jetted from each ink chamber.

摘要: A method of manufacture an ink jet head in which an ink is jetted from a nozzle hole by applying an electric voltage to an electrode so as to deform ink chambers divided by a partition wall. The method includes the steps of providing plural piezoelectric base plates having polarization side by side on a first non-piezoelectric plate, forming plural grooves for the ink chambers on the piezoelectric base plates and at connecting portions where each edge of the plural piezoelectric base plates provided side by side comes to face other edge; and mounting a second non-piezoelectric base plate on the plural piezoelectric base plates as so to cover the plural grooves so that the ink chambers divided by the partition wall are formed.

摘要: In construction of a plastic molded semiconductor package including a semiconductor die arranged on a heat sink and provided with earth and power source terminal pads and earth and power source leads arranged on the heat sink via an insulating sheet whilst surrounding the semiconductor die, concentric earth and power source conductive galleries are arranged on the insulating sheet around the semiconductor die as an interface between the terminal pads on the semiconductor die and the leads. The earth gallery connects the earth terminal pads to the earth leads whereas the power source gallery connects the power source pads to the power source leads. Use of the interface galleries reduces mutual inductance between the leads greatly, makes the entire construction very compact and significantly lowers the production cost.

摘要: The combination of an optical information recording and reproducing medium and a container for storing said optical information recording and reproducing medium, at least one of said optical information recording and reproducing medium and said container comprising a fungicide wherein said fungicide is in a layer selected from the group consisting of a layer comprising fine metal particles dispersed in a hydrophilic colloid dispersion medium; a layer comprising a metal or an alloy formed by a vacuum evaporation method or a sputtering method; and a layer comprising a coloring substance or consisting essentially of a polymeric substance. The invention also provides said medium when it contains a fungicide and a method for making the claimed combination and components thereof.

摘要: A power generator according to an embodiment includes a rotor shaft, a slip ring, a detecting shaft, and a position sensor. The rotor shaft through which wires from a propeller are inserted rotates with the propeller. The slip ring is coupled to the rotor shaft at one end. The detecting shaft is provided at the other end of the slip ring and rotates along with the rotor shaft. The position sensor detects the rotational position of the detecting shaft, thereby detecting the rotational position of the propeller.

摘要: In construction of a plastic molded semiconductor package provided with a heat sink and electrically conductive leads attached to the periphery of the heat sink, a conventional electrically insulating, adhesive bonding tape is replaced by a non-adhesive insulating sheet and support bars are locally provided in a lead frame between the leads. For uniting the leads to the heat sink, the support bars are fixed to the heat sink whilst sandwiching the insulating sheet. No use of the adhesive bonding tape greatly reduces intrusion of contaminants into the package, simplifies the production process and lowers the production cost.
