摘要: The present invention relates to a high efficiency total heat exchange ventilating system which can prevent temperature rise of supply air caused by heat generated at a motor for minimizing reduction of total heat exchange efficiency. The ventilating system includes a case which is an exterior of the ventilating system, a total heat exchanger in the case for making heat exchange between air discharged to an outside of room and air supplied to the room, an air supply fan and an air discharge fan mounted in the same direction with reference to the total heat exchanger, and an air supply motor and an air discharge motor for supplying power to the air supply fan and the air discharge fan, respectively, wherein the air supply fan is mounted in an air flow line of the air being supplied, and the air supply motor is isolated from the air supply fan and exposed to an air flow line of the air being discharged.

摘要: A combined illumination and ventilation duct is disclosed. The present invention includes at least two optical pipes having air flown inside wherein light proceeds within the at least two optical pipes by being totally reflected and a connector connecting the at least two optical pipes together, the connector having a connecting nipple to be connected to a pipe. An upper part of the duct is embedded in a fake ceiling under a real ceiling and a lower part is exposed under the fake ceiling. Alternatively, the whole combined illumination and ventilation duct is installed to be exposed under the fake ceiling. As air and light pass through the combined illumination and ventilation duct, the light is totally reflected within the optical pipes to illuminate an indoor space and the air is supplied or discharged to ventilate the indoor space.

摘要: A combined illumination and ventilation duct is disclosed. 摘要: A compact ventilating system having an air purifying function is disclosed, which includes a case having one end buried in a ceiling of a room, and the other end projected toward the inside of the room; an air-supplying passage of communicating the outside of the room, the case, and the inside of the room with one another, to supply an outdoor air to the inside of the room; an air-discharging passage of communicating the inside of the room, the case, and the outside of the room with one another, to discharge an indoor air to the outside of the room; an air-circulating passage of communicating the inside of the room with one point of the air-supplying passage inside the case, to introduce the indoor air to the case, and to re-supply the air to the inside of the room; and a fan provided in the case, for supplying the outdoor air introduced to the case through the air-supplying passage to the inside of the room, or re-supplying the indoor air introduced to the case through the air-circulating passage to the inside of the room.

This increases the effective heat-exchanging areas of the heat exchangers. In addition, the air conditioner is configured such that the air conditioner can be easily installed and repaired even when the air conditioner is rotated to be properly connected with air-supply ducts and air-discharge ducts.

摘要: Disclosed is a packaged integrated circuit device with high heat dissipation performance and low weight. The packaged integrated circuit device includes an interconnection substrate having at least one layer of conductive trace material and at least one layer of insulating material and also having a first surface and a second surface disposed opposite to the first surface and having a plurality of electrical contacts formed on the second surface. At least one metal thermal conductive layer having a first surface is attached on the first surface of the interconnection substrate and having a second surface exposed to an exterior. A through hole region is formed in the interconnection substrate and the thermal conductive layer. An integrated circuit chip having a first surface exposed to an exterior and having also a second surface with a plurality of bond pads, opposite to the first surface of the integrated circuit chip, is placed within the through hole region. A plurality of bond wires make an electrical connection of the bond pads with the conductive trace layers. The bond wires and the integrated circuit chip are enclosed with an insulating encapsulant material. The through hole region is also filled with the insulating encapsulant material.
