    Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus of manufacturing an aerogel sheet. The apparatus of manufacturing the aerogel sheet includes: a tray device in which a fiber sheet is accommodated; a rotation device including a rotation rod to which the tray device is fixed and a driving member rotating the rotation rod so that the tray device is disposed on an upper and lower portion of the rotation rod; an injection device injecting a silica precursor into the tray device disposed on the upper portion of the rotation rod to impregnate the silica precursor into the fiber sheet; and a surface modification device injecting a coating solution into the tray device disposed on the lower portion of the rotation rod to modify a surface of the fiber sheet in which the silica precursor is impregnated.

The apparatus of manufacturing the aerogel sheet includes: a fixing vessel into which a blanket is inserted; and an impregnation device putting a silica sol precursor into the blanket inserted into the fixing vessel to impregnate and gelate the silica sol precursor, wherein the impregnation device includes a rotation roller moving from one end to the other end of a top surface of the blanket while rotating to put the stored silica sol precursor into the blanket and thereby to impregnate and gelate the silica sol precursor.

    Abstract: The system for preparing silica aerogel according to the present invention comprises a raw material supply part transferring at least one raw material of de-ionized water, water glass, a surface modifier, an inorganic acid, and an organic solvent to a mixing part, the mixing part mixing the raw materials transferred from the raw material supply part to produce silica wet gel, a drying part drying the silica wet gel to produce the silica aerogel, a recovery part recovering a portion of the vaporized raw material of the raw materials used in at least one of the mixing part and the drying part, and a heat transfer part transferring heat to at least one of the mixing part and the drying part, wherein the system further comprises a pulverizing part that pulverizes the raw material from the row material supply part to the mixing part.
