摘要: Foot-and-mouth disease virus like particles, the particles including a structural protein VP0, a structural protein VP1 including a mineralization peptide, a structural protein VP3, and a calcium phosphate coat. The structural protein VP1 including a mineralization peptide is encoded by a gene sequence represented by SEQ ID NO. 7, SEQ ID NO. 8 or SEQ ID NO. 9. The structural protein VP0 is encoded by a gene sequence represented by SEQ ID NO. 2. The structural protein VP3 is encoded by a gene sequence represented by SEQ ID NO. 3. The calcium phosphate coat covers the structural protein VP0, the structural protein VP1 including a mineralization peptide, and the structural protein VP3.

摘要: The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of biological products for veterinary medicine, and specifically relates to a recombinant foot-and-mouth disease virus (FMDV) with a reduced immunosuppressive activity, a preparation method and use thereof, and a recombinant vaccine strain. According to the present disclosure, it is firstly discovered that FMDV 3B protein has an immunosuppressive function, and key sites for exerting the immunosuppressive function are found. A recombinant FMDV vaccine strain with a lost immunosuppressive function in FMDV 3B protein is constructed by introducing amino acid mutations into three repeated copies of FMDV 3B protein.

摘要: The disclosure provides a recombinant nucleic acid of Seneca valley virus, a recombinant vaccine strain and preparation method and use thereof, and relates to the technical field of genetic engineering. The disclosure provides the recombinant nucleic acid of Seneca valley virus, recombinant Seneca valley virus comprising the recombinant nucleic acid, recombinant Seneca valley virus encoded by the recombinant nucleic acid, recombinant Seneca valley virus vaccine strain comprising the recombinant Seneca valley virus and preparation method and use thereof. According to the disclosure, a vaccine strain characterized by high antigen production capacity, remarkably reduced pathogenicity (even having no pathogenicity to pigs), strong antibody induction activity, high immune protection rate is prepared. The vaccine strain remarkably improves the biological safety and can be used for preventing and controlling Seneca valley virus in China and the neighboring countries.

摘要: The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of African swine fever (ASF) treatment, in particular to use of a compound aprepitant in prevention or treatment of the ASF. In the present disclosure, it is found that the compound aprepitant can significantly inhibit replication of an African swine fever virus (ASFV); in addition, it is found that the aprepitant inhibits transcription and protein expression of D1133L, and reduces transcription and protein expression levels of p30 and p72, preventing virus invasion on host cells. Therefore, the compound aprepitant can be used to inhibit early and late infection of the ASFV. Accordingly, the compound aprepitant can be used to prevent or treat the ASF.

摘要: The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of biology, and in particular relates to an attenuated strain of African swine fever virus (ASFV) with IPTG-induced deletion of a D1133L gene and use thereof. In the present disclosure, it is firstly found that the D1133L protein of ASFV can inhibit production of IFN-β and downstream cytokines ISG-15 and ISG-56, and can be used as an immunosuppressant with a relatively strong immunosuppressive effect. In addition, the attenuated strain of ASFV with IPTG-induced deletion of the D1133L gene is constructed. Specifically, a screening expression cassette is inserted into a position before the non-structural protein gene D1133L of the ASFV using an Escherichia coli lac operator-repressor system, to obtain a recombinant virus. In the presence of the IPTG, the recombinant virus has similar characteristics to a wild-type virus; and in the absence of the IPTG, the expression of the D1133L protein is inhibited.

摘要: A method for preparing serotype O foot-and-mouth disease virus-like particles, the method including: construction of small ubiquitin-like modifier fusion expression vector, construction of recombinant expression vectors, construction of recombinant co-expression vector, expression and purification of proteins, and in-vitro assembly of serotype O foot-and-mouth disease virus-like particles. The disclosure also provides a test strip for detecting serotype O foot-and-mouth disease including a bottom board, and a detection layer disposed on the top of the bottom board. An absorbent layer is disposed at one end of the detection layer close to the control line, and an immuno-gold pad is disposed at the other side of the detection layer close to the detection line. A sample pad is disposed on the top of the immuno-gold pad.
