摘要： The present invention encompasses canine parvovirus (CPV) vaccines or compositions. The vaccine or composition may be a vaccine or composition containing CPV virus-like particle (VLP), and a preparation method and a use thereof. The CPV VLPs provided by the invention are formed by the CPV VP2 protein. Further, the invention broadly encompasses vaccines comprising combinations of MLV and VLP, which are capable of overcoming MDA against a variety of pathogens, which infect a variety of different species.

摘要： A vaccine composition is disclosed. The vaccine composition comprises: (a) a therapeutically effective amount of an influenza virus-like particle (VLP) comprising: (i) influenza M1, influenza M2, influenza hemagglutinin (HA), and influenza neuraminidase (NA) proteins; (b) Foot-and-mouth disease virus (FMDV) capsid protein VP3, recombinant FMDV VP3 (rVP3), VP3 peptide, or SUMO VP3; and (c) alum. Also disclosed is use of a vaccine composition according to the invention in the manufacture of a medicament for inducing an immunogenic response in a subject in need thereof.

摘要： A method of quickly producing a vaccine for a biotype of pathogenic microorganism is described, where a nucleic acid molecule or fragment thereof is obtained from a biological sample from an animal exposed to the microorganism, a protective molecule is prepared based on the nucleic acid molecule of interest or fragment thereof, and administered to an animal which has been or is as risk of being exposed to the microorganism. A protective response to the biotype of the microorganism is obtained in the animal.

摘要： A vaccine composition comprising a fusion protein for inducing enhanced pathogen antigen-specific T cell responses is disclosed. The fusion protein comprises: (a) an antigen-presenting cell (APC)-binding domain or a CD91 receptor-binding domain, located at the N-terminus of the fusion protein; (b) a translocation peptide of 34-112 amino acid residues in length, comprising an amino acid sequence that is at least 90% identical to SEQ ID NO: 4, 2, 3, or 6, located at the C-terminus of the APC-binding domain or the CD91 receptor-binding domain; and (c) an antigen of a pathogen, located at the C-terminus of the translocation peptide; (d) a nuclear export signal, comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 13; and (e) an endoplasmic reticulum retention sequence, located at the C-terminus of the fusion protein.

The invention also pertains to a method for testing an immunogenic composition, and an immunogenic composition, optionally in combination with specific instructions for storing the composition.

The EOI sequence may, for example, be an epitope tag, an immunomodulatory molecule or a target molecule.
