    摘要： The present invention relates to olefinically unsaturated, urethane group-containing isocyanates which are prepared by reacting at an NCO/OH equivalent ratio of 4 to 40a) an isocyanate component substantially containing urethane group-free cycloaliphatic diisocyanates withb) an unsaturated alcohol component substantially containing monohydric olefinically unsaturated alcoholsand subsequently removing distillable unreacted isocyanates by distillation. The present invention also relates to a process for the preparation of these isocyanates and to their use as a binder component in one-component, coating compositions which may be cured at room temperature.

    摘要： An improved lacquer system composition based on alkyl resins and/or oil-free polyesters contains as a reactive diluent the esterification product of(A) polyols containing an average on average at least 3 hydroxyl groups per molecule and, per hydroxyl group, an average of 0.5 to 15, but in total no more than an average of 20 ether groups per molecule and(B) 0.05 to 1.0 equivalent, based on hydroxyl groups of A, of C.sub.2 -C.sub.30 monocarboxylic acids,with the proviso that the esterification products of A and B have an acid number of at most 5, a hydroxyl number of from 5 to 800 and, on average, from 0.1 to 5 hydroxyl groups per molecule.

    摘要： The present invention is directed to a new process for the preparation of mixed trimers by at least partly trimerizing the isocyanate groups of at least two organic isocyanates of a reactivity which differs in the sense of the trimerization reaction, in the presence of trimerization catalysts and optionally interrupting the trimerization reaction at the respectively desired degree of trimerization, in which process the less reactive isocyanate component is introduced, polymerization is then commenced in the presence of the catalyst with the trimerization of at least 0.1% of the isocyanate groups and the more reactive isocyanate component is finally metered into the reaction mixture thus obtained; the mixed trimers obtained according to this process; and the use of the mixed trimers having free isocyanate groups obtained by this process, optionally in a form blocked by blocking agents for organic polyisocyanates, as a starting material for the production of polyurethane plastics materials.

    摘要： The invention relates to a process for the production of coatings using a coating composition containing as binder optionally blocked lacquer-grade polyisocyanates in combination with polyhydroxy polyacrylate resins based on copolymers of certain hydroxy alkyl(meth)acrylates, methyl methacrylate, 2-ethylhexyl acrylate and, optionally, (meth)acrylic acid, wherein the molecular weight is in the range from about 30,000 to 80,000, the content of low molecular weight constituents having molecular weights of at most about 3000 amounts to between 3 and 15% by weight, the molecular heterogeneity factor amounts to between about 1.0 and 10.0, and the parameter for the chemical heterogeneity of the copolymer is between 0 and about 0.06.

    摘要： Polyisocyanate preparations containing latent tin catalysts are made from an organic polyisocyanate and a reaction product of a sulfonyl isocyanate and an organic tin catalyst in which at least one tin-oxygen bond is present. The organic tin catalyst preferably contains a tin-alkoxy, tin-siloxy, distannoxane and/or tin-carboxylate group. The reaction product of a sulfonyl isocyanate with a tin-carboxylate must generate carbon dioxide during its formation. The sulfonyl isocyanate and organic tin compound are used in quantities such that at least one isocyanato-sulfonyl group is present for each tin-oxygen bond. These polyisocyanate preparation are storage stable and may be used to produce adhesives, coatings and foams.

    摘要： The present invention is directed to cross-linkable, hydroxyl group-containing polymer resins which are obtained by copolymerizing olefinically-unsaturated monomers and are suitable as binder components for lacquers, the polymer resins having a hydroxyl number of about 20 to 400, an average osmometrically-determined molecular weight of about 500 to 30,000 and a molecular inhomogeneity U of about 0.5 to 15, characterized in that they contain about 0.2 to 80% by weight, preferably about 10 to 70% by weight, based on the total weight of the copolymers, of incorporated monomers selected from olefinically- and acetylenically-unsaturated aliphatic diols having 4 carbon atoms, the ether group-containing alkoxylation products thereof with a hydroxyl number of about 50 to 900, the reaction products of these diols with .epsilon.-caprolactone in a mol ratio of diol:-caprolactone of about 1:0.2 to 1:10 and any mixtures of these components.The present invention is also directed to the use of the above polymer resins as binders for coating compositions.
