摘要： The composite circuit board comprises a substrate made of an insulating material, a thick circuit conductor, embedded in this substrate, which includes a given portion for connecting components to the thick circuit conductor and has a predetermined circuit pattern, a thin circuit conductor, provided on the surface of the substrate, which includes a land corresponding to the parts-mounting section of the thick circuit conductor and has a predetermined circuit pattern, and a conductor for electrically connecting the land and the given portion of the thick circuit conductor. In this circuit board, the land and the given portion of the thick circuit conductor are connected by a conducting member provided in the through hole.

摘要： A manufacturing method for plural antenna modules which is suitable for mass production. Each antenna module includes a ground element, an antenna element, a loop element, and an element support. The manufacturing method for the antenna modules includes a first step of setting in a mold a first conductive base material including a plurality of the ground elements integrally connected together, a second conductive base material including a plurality of the antenna elements integrally connected together, and a third conductive base material including a plurality of the loop elements integrally connected together; a second step of filling a cavity defined in the mold with a curing fluid and then curing the curing fluid to thereby form an element support base material including a plurality of the element supports integrally connected together; and a third step of cutting the element support base material together with the first, second and third conductive base materials to thereby obtain a plurality of the antenna modules.

摘要： A vehicle under floor storage compartment is proposed which includes a rotating tray provided in a concave storage portion formed underneath a floor panel, and a first lid which opens and closes this storage portion. An engagement portion is provided upon the rotating tray, while a locking unit which engages to this engagement portion and stops the rotation of the rotating tray is provided to the storage portion; and this locking unit is arranged to be engaged to the engagement portion of the rotating tray along with the closing action of the first lid. 摘要： An antenna module suitable for a reduction in size and weight of equipment and improved in manufacturability. The antenna module includes a ground element formed from a planar conductor, an antenna element formed from a planar conductor and arranged in parallel to the ground element, and a loop element formed from a tubular conductor and arranged between the ground element and the antenna element in predetermined positional relationship with both elements so as to be connected with the antenna element. The loop element has a first hollow portion passing therethrough in a given direction. The antenna module further includes an element support formed from an insulator and arranged so as to fill a space between the ground element and the antenna element and substantially fully cover an outer surface of the loop element. The element support is formed with a second hollow portion passing therethrough in the same direction as that of the first hollow portion of the loop element.

摘要： A composite magnetic and optical head comprises a magnetic sensor including a magnetic core which is adapted to detect a magnetic pattern recorded on a record medium; an optical sensor including a nonmagnetic light transmitting member located along a distal gap of the magnetic sensor and an optical fiber bundle having one end connected to the light transmitting member, and adapted to detect an optical pattern recorded on the record medium; and a holder containing the magnetic and optical sensors in the internal space thereof, the holder having two opposite side walls extending at right angles to the distal gap of the magnetic core and one end face from which the distal gap projects outward. The magnetic core of the head includes a wide portion, situated close to the distal gap and projecting outward from the one end face of the holder, and a narrow portion surrounded by the holder so as to be located inside the one end face, the wide portion being at least wider than the distance between the opposite side walls. If a plurality of such composite heads are arranged side by side to form a multihead, the respective distal gaps of the adjacent cores can be arranged intimately in contact with one another without being hindered by the holders of the heads. Thus, the medium identifying accuracy of the head is improved.

摘要： An instrument panel includes a panel body and a joint member. The panel body includes a core member and an outer layer that covers the core member, and is formed by reaction injection molding. The panel body includes a meter installed portion. A recess of the meter installed portion becomes an undercut at the time of molding. A core member is provided with a deformable portion which is elastically deformable. The molded panel body can be demolded by deforming the deformable portion. There is no need to provide a slide core with a molding die. A deformation of the deformable portion is prevented by installing the joint member onto the demolded panel body. According to the instrument panel, it is possible to improve a product quality and reduce manufacturing cost.
