    摘要: The present invention provides a wiring board wherein the resistance difference between multiple connection lines is reduced. The wiring board of the present invention comprises: a control region and a peripheral region. The control region includes multiple gate lines extending in a row direction and multiple source lines extending in a column direction. The peripheral region includes a gate driver connected with the gate lines; a source driver connected with the source lines; and multiple connection lines which extend around the control region and which connect the gate driver with the gate lines. Each of the connection lines includes a gate metal portion formed from a material of the gate lines and a source metal portion formed from a material of the source lines. An insulating layer is disposed between the gate metal portion and the source metal portion. The gate metal portion and the source metal portion are connected with each other via a contact portion which penetrates the insulating layer.

    摘要: The movable stages carry chucks 10a and 10b and move towards secondary stage bases 11a and 11b and a primary stage base 11, thereby positioning the substrate 1 on the primary stage base 11. Each first laser length-measuring system includes laser sources 31a and 31b, bar mirrors 34a and 34b mounted below X stages 14 of the movable stages, and laser interferometers 32a and 32b disposed at positions deviated from X guide rails 13 on the primary stage base 11, so as to detect positions of the movable stages in X direction. The laser interferometers 32a and 32b will not be influenced by the vibration of the secondary stage bases 11a and 11b. Meanwhile, the measuring distance from the laser interferometers 32a and 32b to the movable stages on the primary stage base 11 is reduced.

    摘要: A columnar spacer is interposed between a first substrate and a second substrate for holding a liquid crystal layer between them. The columnar spacer is formed in such a manner as to have an area superposed, in each pixel, with the contact hole formed in the first substrate and an area not superposed with said contact hole. Even in the case where the first and second substrates attached to each other are displaced from each other, the columnar spacer never falls in the contact hole and a desired cell gap can be positively secured. Also, since the columnar spacer is not located in the contact hole, no margin for substrate attachment is required to form the contact hole in the first substrate, thereby improving the open area ratio effective for display for improved display quality.

    摘要: In an internal combustion engine equipped with an injector for oylinder-inside injection to inject fuel into a cylinder and an injector for intake port injection to inject fuel into an intake port, both the injectors being switched for use depending upon operating conditions, wherein when an operating condition range using either one of the first or the second injector is switched to an operating condition range using the other one thereof, the amount of fuel to be injected by the either one of the first or the second injector is gradually decreased and the amount of fuel to be injected by the other one is gradually increased over a predetermined period during the switching. Further, at the time of the switching, at least one of ignition timing and throttle opening angle is gradually varied.
