摘要: The present invention provides a method of analyzing the specific interaction between a molecule to be analyzed and a molecule that specifically interacts with the former molecule on a solid phase using a molecule-immobilized solid phase support mixture prepared by binding the subject molecule to the solid phase support without specifying the binding position on the molecule side, particularly a method wherein the immobilization is conducted via a spacer introduced to the molecule without specifying the binding position on the molecule side, which method makes it possible to identify and select only a molecule that exhibits a specific interaction with a molecule to be analyzed, without an investigation of structure-activity correlation, which has conventionally been essential, and hence enables an analysis of the interaction between these molecules.

摘要: It is intended to provide a protein participating in the regulation of sugar production, a polynucleotide encoding the same, a method of screening a compound participating in the regulation of sugar production and a drug for treating or preventing diabetes which contains the compound participating in the regulation of sugar production. A polynucleotide encoding a protein specifically binding to a substance WF00144 is found out from rat liver cells and thus a protein participating in the regulation of sugar production and a polynucleotide encoding the same are provided. 摘要: A hinge board having a hinge bending part and a rigid part includes: not less than two flexible wiring boards including a polyimide sheet layer, a conductor layer having a circuit formed on both sides or one side of the polyimide sheet layer, and a coverlay film layer covering the conductor layer; and a bonding material for bonding the flexible wiring boards. At least one of the flexible wiring boards is a flexible double-sided wiring board including the conductor layers on both sides of the polyimide sheet layer. Moreover, the flexible wiring boards are bonded to each other in the rigid part by use of the bonding material in such a manner that a space part is formed between the flexible wiring boards in the hinge bending part.

摘要: The present invention relates to reduced FK228 of the formula (I) wherein R1 and R2 are the same or different and each is a hydrogen atom or a thiol-protecting group, or a salt thereof, and a histone deacetylase inhibitor containing this compound, an expression potentiator and a reactivation promoter of a transgene, and pharmaceutical agents containing them as active ingredients. The reduced FK228 or a salt thereof has a strong histone deacetylase inhibitory activity and this compound can be used for the prophylaxis or treatment of various diseases, in which histone deacetylation is involved, and for the gene therapy of such diseases.
