    摘要: A method for manufacturing a surface acoustic wave apparatus decreases a specific resistance of an electrode film by removing hydrogen occluded in the electrode film that is primarily composed of tantalum, so that the device properties are stabilized. An electrode film primarily composed of tantalum is formed on a piezoelectric substrate. Subsequently, this electrode film is heat-treated in a vacuum at a temperature of about 200° C. to about 700° C. for several hours. Thereafter, the electrode film is patterned so as to produce an interdigital electrode transducer.

In the SAW device having pluralities of first fingers and second fingers, disposed on a quartz substrate, constituting an IDT for exciting SH waves and reflectors for reflecting the SH waves, respectively, the first and second fingers made mainly from Au are disposed on the ST-cut 90° X-propagation quartz substrate with the Euler angles (0°, θ, 90°±2°), wherein the angle θ is within the range of about 110° to about 150° and a normalized film thickness (H/λ) of the fingers is within the range of about 0.003 to about 0.095.

    摘要: A surface acoustic wave resonator includes a piezoelectric substrate and an interdigital transducer disposed on the piezoelectric substrate and made of a metal or an alloy having a higher specific weight than that of the piezoelectric material of the piezoelectric substrate so as to generate shear horizontal waves. The interdigital transducer includes a plurality of electrode fingers. A ratio of the electrode finger width relative to the electrode finger width plus the space between adjacent electrode fingers is about 0.55 to about 0.85.

    摘要: In a laser source module aligning laser beams from laser sources for three colors, red, green, and blue on a single combined beam optical axis, decreasing relative displacements of beam spots of three colors, occurring due to thermal deformation by temperature rise, is achieved by a laser source module including plural laser sources, each incorporating a laser having a laser chip installed on a heat sink and a lens converting a light radiated from the laser into a laser beam, and a beam combining unit aligning the laser beams from the laser sources on a single combined beam optical axis, wherein the lasers in at least two or more ones of the laser sources are arranged so that their laser beams will be decentered toward a same direction on the combined beam optical axis upon displacement of an emission point of the laser chip away from the heat sink.
