摘要: Provided is a transparent flexible printed wiring board which is excellent in flexibility, heat resistance and adhesion between a transparent film and a transparent conductive film.A transparent polyimide film, whose dimension change rate in association with a baking process is not larger than ±0.2%, is prepared. ITO ink containing ITO fine particles and a binder is printed in the form of a predetermined pattern on the transparent polyimide film by an ink-jet method. The ITO ink is then baked at 230 to 300° C., thereby forming a transparent conductive film with a binder ratio of 5 to 10 wt %.

摘要: The key module for the mobile device includes a key top 6; a base plate 2 on which a fixed-side contact 7 is disposed; a dome 4 that is disposed on the fixed-side contact 7; a dome sheet 5 that covers the dome 4; an LED module 3 disposed on the base plate 2; and a light guide plate 1 that is disposed on the dome sheet 5. Such a configuration causes light emitted by the LED module 3 propagates within the light guide plate, and exits the light from an exit surface of the light guide plate on the key top 6 side. The light guide plate 1 is formed by inkjet printing a dot pattern in white ink onto a surface of a base material formed from a thermosetting polyurethane elastomer sheet, which surface is opposite to the exit surface of the light guide plate.

摘要: The magnetic recording and reproducing apparatus reads a transfer clock synchronized with servo information and records a write-once clock pattern in a state where 0 is set as a delay time of the delay device 13 and 1 is set as the dividing ratio of the frequency divider 17. The apparatus corrects the delay time according to the output of the phase comparator 14 which changes on the basis of the phase difference and rewrites a write-once clock pattern. Rotation of the magnetic disk, detection of the phase difference and correction of the delay time are repeatedly preformed until no change occurs in the output of the phase comparator 14. After the output stops changing, preformat information patterns excluding the servo information pattern are recorded as fine patterns by changing the dividing ratio of the frequency divider 17 to multiply the frequency.

摘要: A voltage and displacement sensitive probe with an electro-optic crystal, electrically conductive transparent films and adhered to a pair of parallel surfaces on the electro-optic crystal, a transparent elastic film which circumferential portion is bonded to the frame and which is symmetric with respect to any plane through the axis thereof, a probing needle bonded at its reflective bottom surface to the central portion on the film, a holder for holding the electro-optic crystal and the transparent elastic film via frame concentrically, a lead for grounding, and electrically conductive films for connecting between the films. Displacement detection of the probing needle is based upon the change in the length of the path of the light travelling through the electro-optic crystal being reflected by the surface and travelling in reverse direction. Voltage detection of the probing needle is based upon the phase difference between the two linearly-polarized light components.
