摘要： A class D amplifier includes a driver circuit and a reset circuit. The driver circuit is configured to amplify a PWM (pulse width modulation) signal to generate an amplified PWM signal. The reset circuit applies a predetermined voltage at an input of the driver circuit for a time period after a power supply voltage is applied or before the power supply voltage is deactivated, for eliminating pop-up noise.

摘要： A reflective liquid crystal display device and a fabricating method thereof are disclosed in the present invention. The reflective liquid crystal display device includes a substrate having a pixel region, a gate line on the substrate, a thin film transistor connected to the gate line and the data line, the thin film transistor having a gate electrode, an active layer, and source and drain electrodes, first and second reflective electrodes connected to the drain electrode, the first and second reflective electrodes completely covering the data line and separated by a gap, and a data line crossing the gate line, wherein the data line has a bent shape including first, second, and third portions, and the first portion parallel to the gate line connects the second and third portions, and the second and third portions are formed under the first and second reflective electrodes, respectively.

摘要： A circuit of reducing a pop-up noise in a digital amplifier includes a switch unit and a switch signal generator. The switch unit is coupled in parallel to an output load between an output node of the digital amplifier and a reference node. The switch unit controls a current flowing through the output load by forming a conduction path between the output node and the reference node in response to a switch signal. The switch signal generator generates the switch signal in response to a switch control signal indicating a power-on or a power-off. The pop-up noise is reduced by the conduction path that is formed when the digital amplifier is powered on or off.

The manufacturing apparatus may include a liquid supplying portion for forming a liquid film, and a gas supplying unit that may rotate to discharge gas at a wide range of angles. The manufacturing method may include forming a shape and size of a liquid film common to the shape and size of an exposure region through adjusting the direction and pressure in which gas may be discharged to the substrate. Thus, the speed at which a substrate may be moved may be increased, and morphology differences of a substrate may be reduced.
