摘要： A metal adsorbent which can adsorb a wide variety of metals, can conform to various uses, and adsorbs metals in large amounts. Metal adsorbents in various forms, which have the property of highly efficiently adsorbing metals, are produced by (a) a method in which a polyamine polymer is chemically bonded and immobilized to a porous support, (b) a method in which a polyamine polymer is blended into a solution of a raw material for fibers and the mixture is formed into fibers by wet-spinning or dry spinning, and (c) a method in which a polyamine polymer is blended into a solution of a film-forming polymer and the mixture is formed into a film by a method of film formation from solution.

摘要： Provided is a fibrous adsorbing material used for the adsorption and recovery of metals in a solution, which is a fibrous metal-adsorbing material that can be produced using existing production facilities without using special facilities or complicated operations, has high durability, is easy to diversify, and can be processed into various forms. The fibrous metal-adsorbing material is produced by a) a step of preparing an acrylate polymer having a large number of glycidyl groups in the molecule, b) a step of kneading a low-melting-point fiber matrix polymer therewith, c) a step of making the resulting mixture into a fibrous form by an melt-blend spinning method, and d) a step of allowing a long-chain ligand having an amino group or an imino group to react with glycidyl groups on the fiber surface to introduce a metal-adsorbing functional group. The fibrous metal-adsorbing material has high durability, is easy to diversify, and has various forms.

摘要： ProblemTo provide a method for easily producing an adsorbing material used for the removal and recovery of metals and ions in a solution, which is highly durable and has various adsorptive functional groups and forms applicable for various purposes.Means for ResolutionA polymer adsorbent for metals and ions, which is highly durable and has various adsorptive functional groups and forms applicable for various purposes, is produced by a) preparing a reactive polymer having a large number of halogenated alkyl groups or glycidyl groups in the molecule, b) preparing a base material polymer insoluble in water and alcohols, c) dissolving the reactive polymer and the base material polymer in an organic solvent to give a mixed solution, d) removing the organic solvent to give a solid carrier in a desired form, and e) allowing a halogenated alkyl group or a glycidyl group in the solid carrier to react with an amine compound having a functional group capable of adsorbing metals and ions, thereby introducing an adsorptive functional group.

摘要： ProblemThe present invention provides, in a metal-adsorbing material used for the removal and recovery of a wide range of heavy metals in treated solutions such as industrial waste water, service water, and environmental water, a gel-like metal-adsorbing material having a large amount of metal adsorption and capable of meeting various demands; and also provide a metal adsorbent having a gel-like metal-adsorbing material supported on a porous carrier.Means for ResolutionA metal-adsorbing polymer selected from polyethyleneimine and polyallylamine is crosslinked with a polyglycidyl ether, whereby a gel-like metal-adsorbing material having a large amount of metal adsorption and capable of meeting various demands is produced. Further, a hydrophilic porous carrier is impregnated with a metal-adsorbing polymer, followed by crosslinking with a polyglycidyl ether, whereby a metal adsorbent having a gel-like metal-adsorbing material supported on the porous carrier, which has a large amount of metal adsorption and can meet various demands, is produced.
