摘要: An electrospinning system, method, and apparatus comprises a dual polarity high voltage power supply with much less power out for safe operation, a solution dispensing assembly held at high positive potential by the dual polarity power supply, a Corona discharge assembly held at high negative potential by the dual polarity power supply, and a drum collector held at ground potential wherein a solution is drawn from the solution dispensing assembly to the drum collector thereby forming a fiber mat.

摘要: A method for preparing an anti-bacterial and anti-ultraviolet multifunctional chemical fiber includes: dissolving several soluble metal salts and a polymer complexing dispersant into water to prepare an aqueous solution; adding into a polymer monomer; reacting under microwave or hydrothermal action to obtain a polymer monomer containing multifunctional nano oxides; adding the polymer monomer with other monomer, catalyst, initiator, stabilizer, and the like into a polymerization reactor; and carrying out esterification, polycondensation or copolymerization to obtain a polymer melt, and carrying out spinning or ribbon casting and granule cutting to obtain an anti-bacterial and anti-ultraviolet multifunctional chemical fiber or masterbatch chips. By generating nano metal oxides in the monomer in situ before the polymerization reaction, small particle sizes and dispersibility of the nano metal oxide are ensured; the chemical fiber has efficient, durable antibacterial and anti-ultraviolet functions and is free of metal ion precipitation.

摘要: Disclosed are a polyurethane elastic fiber with a flame retardant function and a preparation method thereof. The polyurethane elastic fiber is prepared by using a polyether diol containing phosphorus elements or a polyester diol containing phosphorus elements as a raw material to react with 4,4′-diphenylmethane diisocyanate to prepare a prepolymer, extending the chain using an organic amine to obtain a polyurethane solution, and dry spinning with the polymer solution to prepare the polyurethane fiber. The limit oxygen index of the prepared polyurethane fiber was between 25% and 32%.

摘要: Provided are a heat-fusible fiber having excellent heat resistance, flame retardancy and dimensional stability; a fiber structure comprising the heat-fusible fiber; and a molded article produced by applying a heat fusion treatment to the fiber structure and having excellent heat resistance. The heat-fusible fiber comprises an amorphous PES type polymer (A) not substantially having a melting point and an amorphous PEI type polymer (B) in the mixture ratio (weight) of (A)/(B)=5/95 to 95/5, the fiber having a single glass transition temperature in the range between 80° C. and 200° C., and being amorphous. The fiber structure comprises 10% by weight or higher of the amorphous heat-fusible fiber. The molded article comprises at least a fiber structure comprising 10% by weight or higher of the amorphous heat-fusible fiber, to be fusion-bonded at a temperature higher than the glass transition temperature of the amorphous heat-fusible fiber.
