摘要: ProblemTo provide a method for easily producing an adsorbing material used for the removal and recovery of metals and ions in a solution, which is highly durable and has various adsorptive functional groups and forms applicable for various purposes.Means for ResolutionA polymer adsorbent for metals and ions, which is highly durable and has various adsorptive functional groups and forms applicable for various purposes, is produced by a) preparing a reactive polymer having a large number of halogenated alkyl groups or glycidyl groups in the molecule, b) preparing a base material polymer insoluble in water and alcohols, c) dissolving the reactive polymer and the base material polymer in an organic solvent to give a mixed solution, d) removing the organic solvent to give a solid carrier in a desired form, and e) allowing a halogenated alkyl group or a glycidyl group in the solid carrier to react with an amine compound having a functional group capable of adsorbing metals and ions, thereby introducing an adsorptive functional group.

摘要: Provided is a multilayered film having excellent reliability and adhesive strength under a heat/water resistance condition, and excellent weather resistance and durability by forming a primer layer including a fluoropolymer and an oxazoline group-containing polymer on a base and forming a resin layer including a fluoropolymer on the primer layer. In addition, the multilayered film uses a low boiling point solvent, and thus is manufactured at a low drying temperature and with a low cost, resulting in reducing production costs and preventing degradation of quality of a product from thermal deformation or thermal impact. Such a multilayered film may be effectively used in a backsheet for a photovoltaic module to provide a photovoltaic module capable of maintaining excellent durability even in long-term exposure to an external environment.

摘要: The present invention provides a laminated polyester film which can be suitably used in the applications in which it is required to exhibit a good adhesion property to various adhesives and has a good bonding property to various surface functional layers, for example, as a member for protecting a polarizing plate of liquid crystal displays, in particularly, as a protective film disposed on a front surface of a front side polarizing plate. The laminated polyester film according to the present invention comprises a polyester film; a first coating layer formed by applying a coating solution which comprises polyvinyl alcohol, an oxazoline compound and at least one resin selected from the group consisting of a polyester resin, an acrylic resin and a urethane resin, on one surface of the polyester film; and a second coating layer formed on the other surface of the polyester film which comprises at least one resin selected from the group consisting of a polyester resin, an acrylic resin and a urethane resin.

The foamable resin composition containing: from 30 to 80 wt % of a polyolefin; from 3 to 40 wt % of a polylactic acid; from 1 to 20 wt % of a modified polyolefin containing a carbonyl group in a molecule; from 10 to 40 wt % of a layered silicate; and from 0.01 to 0.5 wt % of a filler, the polyolefin containing at least one of polypropylene and polyethylene, the filler having a density different from the density of the layered silicate by at least 0.20 g/cm3.

摘要: A multi-layered film, a backsheet for photovoltaic modules, a method of manufacturing the same, and a photovoltaic module are provided. The multi-layered film having excellent reliability and adhesive strength under high heat/moisture conditions and also showing excellent weather resistance and durability may be provided by forming a primer layer including an oxazoline group-containing polymer on a substrate and forming a resin layer including a fluorine-based polymer on the primer layer. The primer layer and resin layer of the multi-layered film may be manufactured at a low cost under a low drying temperature using a solvent having a low boiling point, so that the manufacturing costs can be reduced and the quality of the product can be prevented from being deteriorated by thermal deformation or thermal shock. The multi-layered film may be effectively used for a backsheet for photovoltaic modules so that the photovoltaic module can exhibit excellent durability even when exposed to external environments for a long time.

The linear expansion coefficient of a layered film provided with the substrate (2) and the undercoat layer (3) is from about 1.0×10−5/K to about 8.0×10−5/K.

摘要: A composite film includes a polyester film substrate layer and a crosslinked layer on a surface thereof, wherein the crosslinked layer includes a reaction product of a) a functionalized ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer including multiple COOH groups or multiple alcoholic OH groups per molecule; and b) an organic crosslinker including multiple reactive groups per molecule, the reactive groups being reactive with the COOH or alcoholic OH groups; wherein the adhesion strength between the substrate layer and the crosslinked layer is at least 177 g/cm (450 g/inch). A method of joining the composite film, optionally further including a heat-sealable polymer layer on the crosslinked layer, to a container or a self-supporting film, includes contacting the crosslinked layer or the heat-sealable polymer layer with the container or the self-supporting film or under heat sealing conditions.
