    摘要: Provided is a multilayered film having excellent reliability and adhesive strength under a heat/water resistance condition, and excellent weather resistance and durability by forming a primer layer including a fluoropolymer and an oxazoline group-containing polymer on a base and forming a resin layer including a fluoropolymer on the primer layer. In addition, the multilayered film uses a low boiling point solvent, and thus is manufactured at a low drying temperature and with a low cost, resulting in reducing production costs and preventing degradation of quality of a product from thermal deformation or thermal impact. Such a multilayered film may be effectively used in a backsheet for a photovoltaic module to provide a photovoltaic module capable of maintaining excellent durability even in long-term exposure to an external environment.

    摘要: A multi-layered film, a backsheet for photovoltaic modules, a method of manufacturing the same, and a photovoltaic module are provided. The multi-layered film having excellent reliability and adhesive strength under high heat/moisture conditions and also showing excellent weather resistance and durability may be provided by forming a primer layer including an oxazoline group-containing polymer on a substrate and forming a resin layer including a fluorine-based polymer on the primer layer. The primer layer and resin layer of the multi-layered film may be manufactured at a low cost under a low drying temperature using a solvent having a low boiling point, so that the manufacturing costs can be reduced and the quality of the product can be prevented from being deteriorated by thermal deformation or thermal shock. The multi-layered film may be effectively used for a backsheet for photovoltaic modules so that the photovoltaic module can exhibit excellent durability even when exposed to external environments for a long time.

    摘要: A composite film includes a polyester film substrate layer and a crosslinked layer on a surface thereof, wherein the crosslinked layer includes a reaction product of a) a functionalized ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer including multiple COOH groups or multiple alcoholic OH groups per molecule; and b) an organic crosslinker including multiple reactive groups per molecule, the reactive groups being reactive with the COOH or alcoholic OH groups; wherein the adhesion strength between the substrate layer and the crosslinked layer is at least 177 g/cm (450 g/inch). A method of joining the composite film, optionally further including a heat-sealable polymer layer on the crosslinked layer, to a container or a self-supporting film, includes contacting the crosslinked layer or the heat-sealable polymer layer with the container or the self-supporting film or under heat sealing conditions.
