    Abstract: A nitride laminate, in which contamination in the nitride layer is suppressed and crystallinity is improved, is provided. A nitride laminate includes a polymer substrate, and a nitride layer provided on at least one of the surfaces of the polymer substrate. The nitride layer has a wurtzite crystal structure. The atomic proportion of oxygen in the nitride layer is 2.5 atm. % or less, and the atomic proportion of hydrogen in the nitride layer is 2.0 atm. % or less. The FWHM of the X-ray rocking curve of the nitride layer is 8 degree or less.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a composite film including a wavelength conversion layer and a diffusive reflection resin layer in a laminated state and being used in a semiconductor light emitting device, in which the wavelength conversion layer contains a phosphor material which absorbs a part or all of excitation light and is excited to emit visible light in a wavelength region longer than a wavelength of the excitation light, the diffusive reflection resin layer is selectively formed with patterning on one surface of the wavelength conversion layer, and a region on the one surface of the wavelength conversion layer where the diffusive reflection resin layer is not formed with patterning is a path of the excitation light which excites the phosphor material in the wavelength conversion layer.

    Abstract: A powder coating apparatus for attaching powder to a film includes a forwarding roll which forwards the film; a take-up roll which is arranged on the downstream side of a conveyance direction of the film with respect to the forwarding roll and which takes up the film; a film-forming nozzle which is arranged between the forwarding roll and the take-up roll in the conveyance direction so as to be opposed to the film and which jets the powder; a first casing or a second casing which accommodates the forwarding roll and the take-up roll; an apparatus casing which accommodates the film-forming nozzle, the first casing, and the second casing; and a pressure adjustment unit configured to set an internal pressure of the first casing and the second casing to be higher than an internal pressure of the apparatus casing.
