    摘要: A high frequency amplifier containing: a constant envelope signal generation circuit for transforming an input signal to form two constant envelope signals where phases of the constant envelope signals correspond to an amplitude of an envelope of the input signal; two amplifying circuits for separately amplifying two constant envelope signals; and a power synthesizing circuit for synthesizing the first and second amplified signals to generate an amplified signal of the input electric signal, and reflecting remaining components of the first and second amplified signals which remaining components remain in the above synthesizing operation, toward the first and second amplifying circuits. Further, an input impedance of the power synthesizing circuit may be controlled by shifting phases of the above reflected components by respectively predetermined amounts, or by adaptively shifting phases of the above reflected components responding to an input level, so that a total efficiency of the high frequency amplifier is maximized. The high frequency amplifier may contain, instead of the above two amplifying circuits and the power synthesizing circuit, a circuit for inverting a phase of one of the two constant envelope signals; and a single-ended push-pull amplifier circuit for receiving the other of the two constant envelope signals, and an output of the phase inversion circuit, and synthesizing the received signals to generate an amplified signal of the input electric signal.

    摘要: An imprinting method carries out imprinting on a workpiece by clamping UV-curable resin between a nano-imprinting mold and a workpiece and curing the UV-curable resin using UV light. In this method, the workpiece is supported on a setting table provided with through-holes that are disposed in a planar region of the setting table on which the workpiece is set and are connected to a gas pumping/evacuating mechanism. The UV-curable resin is supplied onto the workpiece and the setting table is raised to and stopped at a filling operation position where the mold surface of the nano-imprinting mold and the surface of the workpiece are apart. After this, gas is pumped toward the lower surface of the workpiece from the through-holes and the workpiece is pressed onto the nano-imprinting mold from a center of the workpiece toward a periphery of the workpiece while gradually filling the UV-curable resin between the nano-imprinting mold and the workpiece. The UV-curable resin is cured by irradiating the UV-curable resin with UV light in a state where the workpiece is pressed onto the nano-imprinting mold by the pumping pressure of the gas.

    摘要: A luminance control device and method are disclosed. A surrounding brightness of a touch panel is measured to obtain a measured surrounding brightness. A luminance of the touch panel is controlled during a first time period starting from when the measured surrounding brightness changes from a first condition to a second condition, during which the measured surrounding brightness decreases by an amount equal to or greater than a threshold value. The luminance of the touch panel is maintained at a first luminance corresponding to the first condition when the measured surrounding brightness changes from the second condition to the first condition. The luminance of the touch panel is controlled to change to a second luminance corresponding to the second condition, when the measured surrounding brightness has not changed from the second condition to the first condition.
