    摘要: There is provided a technology which allows improvements in manufacturing yield and product reliability in a semiconductor device having a triple well structure. A shallow p-type well is formed in a region different from respective regions in a p-type substrate where a deep n-type well, a shallow p-type well, and a shallow n-type well are formed. A p-type diffusion tap formed in the shallow p-type well is wired to a p-type diffusion tap formed in a shallow n-type well in the deep n-type well using an interconnection in a second layer. The respective gate electrodes of an nMIS and a pMIS each formed in the deep n-type well are coupled to the respective drain electrodes of an nMIS and a pMIS each formed in the substrate using an interconnection in a second or higher order layer.

    摘要: There is provided a twin-belt casting machine which prevents an uneven cooling condition between the top surface and the bottom surface of a slab between a pair of endless belts disposed vertically. The twin-belt casting machine 1 comprises a pair of rotating belt units 3 including respective endless belts 2 and arranged up and down so as to face each other, a cavity 4 formed between the pair of rotating belt units 3, and cooling means 10 which is arranged inside the rotating belt unit 3. The twin-belt casting machine 1 continuously casts a slab S as a metal liquid is supplied in the cavity 4. The twin-belt casting machine 1 further comprises distance adjusting means which is arranged inside at least one of the pair of rotating belt units arranged up and down so as to face each other, and which moves apart or closer the endless belt relative to the slab S in accordance with a part where the slab and the endless belt become distant from each other.

    摘要: An address decoder that sets an address of a module connected to a bus includes a level comparator, an edge detector, and an output decoder. The level comparator compares an SDA signal, which is input to an SDA terminal, with an address selection signal, which is input to an ADDR terminal, and outputs a comparison result. When the two signals match, the comparison is repeated until slave addresses are all received. When the two signals do not match, subsequent comparisons are not performed. The edge detector detects an edge of the address selection signal input to the ADDR terminal. The output decoder sets an address corresponding to the connected destination of the ADDR terminal to determine an address of a slave module connected to the address decoder.

    摘要: A method of manufacturing a heat-generating panel 100 having a configuration in which an electrically-conductive thin layer 120 is provided on at least one surface of a translucent plate 110 and the electrically-conductive thin layer 120 is caused to generate heat by supplying electric power to the same. The method comprises fixing a metal strip 132 onto the electrically-conductive thin layer 120 formed on the plate 110 along each of opposing sides of the plate 110; applying an electrically-conductive paste 134 over each of the metal strips 132 to cover the same; contacting a heat-generating portion 220 of the heating device 200 at edges forming the two sides of the plate 110 where the metal strip 132 is fixed in a state in which a temperature of the heat-generating portion 220 is above a predetermined temperature, the heat-generating portion 220 being longer than at least a full length of the metal strip 132, and curing the electrically-conductive paste 134 to form electrodes having the metal strip and the electrically-conductive paste 134; and connecting a conductor wire 140 electrically to each of the electrodes 130.

    摘要: Embodiments include capacitive touch sensors and methods for configuring capacitive touch sensors. A capacitive touch sensor embodiment includes an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and a controller. The ADC receives an analog voltage signal from an electrode, and samples the analog voltage signal to produce a plurality of digital values. The controller performs a first charging process by supplying the electrode with a first charging current for a first charging interval, and the controller determines, based on the digital values, whether a first electrode voltage value meets a criteria. If not, the controller performs a configuration process that results in setting a second charging current and a second charging interval for the electrode which, in response to performing a second charging process, results in a second electrode voltage value that meets the criteria.
