    摘要: The present disclosure relates to an air supply duct for a vehicle, the air supply duct comprising a housing, the housing having an inlet adapted to receive air from outside of the vehicle and an outlet adapted to convey the air to a vehicle climate control system, and a cowl arranged inside the housing, the cowl being adapted to direct the air along an air path, such that the air path changes direction within the housing. The cowl has a curved form adapted to form an inner curve of the air path. Further, the cowl comprises a precipitation collection means arranged to collect precipitation borne by the air from the outside of the vehicle and to remove the precipitation from the air. The disclosure also relates to a vehicle comprising such an air supply duct.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a copper ball insertion machine, for integrating metal inserts in via holes provided through a printed circuit board (PCB), comprising a motor driven X-Y table (2) with the PCB on top. The X-Y table (2) is adjustable to position a selected via hole in a predetermined location aligned with a closable outlet opening (12) of a movable container (6) for metal inserts. The container is by means of a clamping cylinder (28) displaceable for clamping the part of the PCB adjacent said via hole against the working surface (2) of said X-Y table. By means of a pivoting cylinder (20) the container is rotatable for feeding one metal insert through the outlet opening (12) into said via hole. A stamp (30) is drivable by a hammer cylinder (40) for compressing said metal insert to shape and deform it into a tight fit with the via hole.

    摘要: A device for electrical and mechanical connection of an electric high-power component which transmits high-frequency electrical signals to conductors on a circuit board. The component includes horizontally projecting connections which to the are glued to the conductors on the circuit board with an electrically conducting adhesive, of which the adhesion to the foundation is greater than a predetermined value. The component is subject to repeated temperature changes which leads to stresses on the connection between the connections and the conductors. The length of the connections is chosen depending on a predetermined threshold value for the highest acceptable attenuation which the high-frequency electrical signal is subject to when passing through the electrical high-power component via the connections. The contact surface of the connections towards the glued joint can be designed so that it includes a number of cavities, whereby the adhesive achieves a better grip to the connections.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a device and a method for electrical and mechanical connection of an electric high-power component (111) which transmits high-frequency electrical signals to conductors (120) on a circuit board (119). The component comprises connections (114) projecting over the circuit board and which are soldered to the conductors (120) on the circuit board (119) with a solder material (112) which essentially lacks grain growth. The component is subject to repeated temperature changes which leads to stresses on the connection between the connections (114) and the conductors (120). The length of the connections is selected depending on a predetermined threshold value for the highest acceptable attenuation which the high-frequency electrical signal is subject to when passing through the electrical high-power component via the connections. The connections can be shaped so that they comprise a bent part with a bending which is determined in dependence of said threshold value.
