    摘要: A method for processing photosensitive materials in which photosensitive materials are conveyed along a serial conveyance passage while guiding the photosensitive materials on both sides thereof by using pairs of guide members to successively perform development processing steps comprises the steps of dividing the conveyance passage into a plurality of blocks, a spacing distance between the pair of guide members on the conveyance passage being changeable in each of the divided blocks, and changing the spacing distance between the pair of guide members in each of the blocks, when a photosensitive material having a different widthwise dimension is introduced into the conveyance passage, in accordance with the widthwise dimension of the photosensitive material before introducing a forward end of the photosensitive material having the different widthwise dimension into each of the blocks. Therefore, when photosensitive materials having different widthwise dimensions are alternately processed, it is possible to start processing for a following photosensitive material during a period in which a preceding photosensitive material is processed on the conveyance passage.

    摘要: Disclosed is a method for stabilizing a crude oxy-methylene copolymer having thermally unstable terminal groups, which comprises subjecting a crude oxymethylene copolymer to heat treatment in the presence of at least one quaternary ammonium compound represented by the following formula (1): [R1R2R3R4N+]nX−n  (1) wherein each of R1, R2, R3 and R4 independently represents an unsubstituted or substituted alkyl group, an aryl group, an aralkyl group which is an unsubstituted or substituted alkyl group substituted with at least one aryl group, or an alkylaryl group which is an aryl group substituted with at least one unsubstituted or substituted alkyl group; n is an integer of from 1 to 3; and X is a hydroxyl group or an acid residue. In this method, even by the addition of a very small amount of the quaternary ammonium compound, the decomposition rate of the unstable terminal groups can be remarkably increased, thereby facilitating the stabilization of the crude copolymer. Therefore, by this method, it has become possible to easily produce an excellent oxymethylene copolymer within a short period of time, which has substantially no unstable terminal groups and, therefore, has excellent thermal stability and color tone.

    摘要: There is disclosed a novel aluminum alloy bearing which exhibits a more excellent fatigue resistance than conventional bearings even under such conditions of use as at a high temperature and under a high load. The aluminum alloy bearing has an aluminum bearing alloy layer containing, by weight, 1 to 10% Zn, 0.1 to 5% Cu, 0.05 to 3% Mg, 0.1 to 2% Mn, 0.1 to 5% Pb, 0.1 to 2% V, and 0.03 to 0.5% in total of Ti--B, and further may optionally contain not more than 8% Si, 0.05 to 0.5% Sr, and Ni, Co and Cr. The alloy may be bonded to a steel metal back sheet, and a surface layer may be formed on the surface of the bearing. By use of the composition of the alloy of the invention, the fatigue resistance of the aluminum alloy bearings has been improved, and such an improved bearing can fully achieve a bearing performance even under severe conditions of use as at high temperature and under a high load.

    摘要: A slide bearing which is preferably used in combination with a low-rigid aluminum alloy housing. The slide bearing has a high coefficient of thermal expansion so that it can satisfactorily follow up deformation of the housing, and the bearing also has an excellent heat radiation property. In the slide bearing, an overly bearing layer having a thickness of 3 to 50 .mu.m is provided on a copper alloy layer having a coefficient of thermal expansion of 15.times.10.sup.-6 /.degree.C. or more, a coefficient of thermal conductivity of 0.40 cal/cm sec .degree.C. or more and 0.2% proof stress of 295N/mm.sup.2 or more. As occasion demands, the slide bearing may be (1) provided with an intermediate layer between the copper alloy layer and the overlay bearing layer, or (2) flash-plated on an entirety surface of the bearing.

    摘要: A multi-layer bearing having an Al--Sn bearing alloy layer which has high fatigue strength and good conformability with a mating member further comprising a backing steel plate and an intermediate bonding layer of another aluminum alloy. The Al--Sn alloy consists essentially of, by weight, 7 to 20% Sn and balance of Al and impurities, and has a hardness of Hv 50 to 80. The aluminum alloy of the intermediate bonding layer consists essentially of, by weight, at least one of up to 1.7% Mn, up to 1.2% Cu and up to 1.8% Mg, and balance of Al and impurities, and a hardness rate of the aluminum alloy of the intermediate bonding layer to the Al--Sn bearing alloy exceeds Hv 70% and is not greater than 90%.
