    摘要: A hydraulic drive system has a consumer of hydraulic power connected to a pressure medium source, e.g., a hydraulic motor 1. The consumer can be actuated by a control valve 4 throttling in intermediate positions; its width of opening is determined by a pressure difference formed at the control valve 4. The pressure difference is derived from a control pressure to be prescribed and the load pressure of the consumer. The consumer can thus be driven with a definite power or a definite torque. To limit the movement speed of the consumer, it is proposed to reduce the control pressure as a function of the speed of movement. The control pressure is present in a control pressure line 7 or 8, which empty at a charging space of the control valve 4, active in the opening direction. A drain line 16 branches from the control pressure line 7 or 8, in which a multiway valve spring-loaded in the closing direction and throttling in intermediate positions is located. It is in working connection with a measuring device that detects the movement speed of the consumer by measuring the volume stream and which is formed of a restrictor 12 located in a line 5 or 6 between the pressure medium source and the consumer, and the lines 13, 14 that branch off upstream and downstream.

    摘要: In a control for a hydrostatic drive system with a primary energy source and with an adjustable pump and at least one adjustable consumer of hydrostatic energy and with a pump adjusting piston connected with the adjusting element of the pump and capable of sliding in a pump adjustment cylinder, where the load on the pump adjustment cylinder is regulated by means of a servo control valve, also with a constant pump connected to the drive shaft of the pump, the delivery line of which leads to a restrictor and to which a signal-pressure line is connected in front of the restrictor, where the pressure-signal present in it regulates a relief valve jet, which in turn is located in a control-signal line, the improvement characterized in that an additional restrictor is located in the control-signal line and means are provided for switching the pressure gradient in it to the servo control valve.

    摘要: A hydrostatic drive system consisting of at least two component systems is provided, each component consisting of an adjustable pump, where the loading of the pump adjusting cylinder is regulated by a hydraulically controlled servo control valve, one side of which is acted upon by the delivery pressure of the associated pump and the other side is acted upon through a control pressure line by pressure beyond the metering restrictor, the improvement comprising a coupling valve to which all delivery lines and all the control pressure lines are connected, each through a branch connection line wherein the said valve in the closed position shuts off all the branch connection lines and in the open position connects all the delivery lines together and all the control pressure lines together and is hydraulically controlled, a first pressure chamber on one side of said valve to which each delivery line is connected, a valve element in said pressure chamber being loaded with a pretensioned spring on said first chamber, and a second pressure chamber on the other side of said valve element to which each control line is connected, the said two pressure chambers assigned to one component system being of the same size on both sides of the valve element and the open position of the valve element being set when a pressure gradient prescribed by the pretensioning between the delivery line and the control pressure line is no longer reached.

    摘要: An apparatus for use in controlling a variable displacement pump in a hydrostatic transmission comprises servo-positioning means for varying the displacement of the variable displacement pump, signal producing means for producing a first signal dependent on the rotational speed of the input shaft of the variable displacement pump and means communicating the first signal dependent on the rotational speed of the input shaft to the servo-positioning means to increase or decrease the displacement of the variable displacement pump as the rotational speed of the input shaft increases or decreases. A second signal dependent on the output pressure of the variable displacement pump is communicated to the servo-positioning means to act in opposition to the first signal to tend to reduce or increase the displacement of the variable displacement pump.

    摘要: A vehicle, especially a tracked vehicle, which is turned by imparting a speed differential to the drive wheels on opposite sides of the vehicle, is provided with a control member or lever which cooperates with four control-pressure transmitters. The transmitters are oriented symmetrically with respect to the manually operated member so that in its neutral position all four of the control pressure transmitters are ineffective. Each of two opposite control-pressure transmitters are connected with one side each of the respective servomotors controlling hydrostatic transmissions for the wheels. The other two transmitters are each connected to the opposite sides of the servomotors.
