    摘要: The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of polyurethane foams capable of being flame laminated and high frequency welded, comprising reacting:(a) polyisocyanate,(b) a compound having a molecular weight of from 400 to 10,000 containing at least two isocyanate-reactive hydrogen atoms and(c) a dialkoxy-phosphonyl-N-alkyl-formic acid amide of the formula: ##STR1## wherein m represents an integer of from 1 to 3,n represents an integer of from 0 to 8,X represents halogen, hydrogen, C.sub.1 to C.sub.6 alkyl, --OR, or ##STR2## R represents C.sub.1 to C.sub.6 alkyl, R.sub.1 represents hydrogen, C.sub.1 to C.sub.10 alkyl, C.sub.1 to C.sub.10 alkylene, C.sub.6 to C.sub.10 aryl or C.sub.6 to C.sub.10 arylene, andR.sub.2 and R.sub.3, which may be the same or different, represent C.sub.1 to C.sub.10 alkyl in the presence of water and/or blowing agent.The present invention also relates to dialkoxy-phosphonyl-N-formic acid amides.

    摘要: The present invention is directed to a process for the production of polyurea-based microcellular moldings comprising reacting(a) at least one diisocyanate or polyisocyanate containing only aromatically bound isocyanate groups,(b) at least one compound containing at least two isocyanate-reactive groups, and(c) optionally the auxiliaries and additives known in polyurethane chemistry, in closed molds, components (a)-(c) being processed as a one-shot system by reaction injection molding, characterized in that component (b) comprises at least one polyether compound (b1) optionally in admixture with other isocyanate-reactive compounds and containing at least 3 aliphatically bonded ether groups and n-aliphatically bonded isocyanate-reactive groups, n standing for an integer or, statistically a fraction of from 2-4(i) at least (100:n) % of the isocyanate-reactive groups present in component (b1) being aliphatically bonded primary and/or secondary amino groups,(ii) at least 10 equivalent % of said amino groups being present in the form of ammonium carbamate groups having a functionality of two in the isocyanate addition reaction, of the type obtained by reacting aliphatically bonded, primary or secondary amino groups with carbon dioxide,(iii) the unmodified compounds containing at least 3 ether groups having a molecular weight of from 200 to 10,000 and(iv) at least 0,2 equivalent % of all isocyanate-reactive groups of the total component (b) being ammonium carbamate groups.The present invention also relates to said compounds (b) optionally in admixture with the auxiliaries and additives known in polyurethane chemistry.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a new organic heterocyclic isocyanate which is the reaction product of an organic diisocyanate and an amino or hydroxy nitrile. The invention also relates to a process of producing such isocyanates by reacting an excess of the diisocyanate with the nitrile under conditions under which the nitrile will not decompose and then maintaining the reaction mixture at an elevated temperature until the isocyanate nitrile adduct cyclizes. The reaction may be carried out in the presence of a catalyst for isocyanate addition reactions. Additionally, the invention relates to a process for the production of polyurethane by the reaction of the heterocyclic isocyanates with compounds carrying at least two isocyanate reactive hydrogen atoms per molecule.

    摘要: The present invention relates to new polyols modified by phosphonoformamidine groups, to a process for the preparation thereof and the use thereof as starting component for the preparation of preferably foamed polyurethane plastics.The process involves (A) reacting diisocyanatocarbodiimides corresponding to the following general formula:OCN--R.sup.2 --N.dbd.C.dbd.N).sub.m R.sup.2 --NCOat a temperature of from about 25 to 130.degree. C., optionally in the presence of an inert solvent, with polyhydroxyl compounds corresponding to the following general formula:A--OH).sub.nin an OH/NCO-ratio of from 1.2:1 to 30:1 to form a polyhydroxyl compound containing carbodiimide groups and (B) completely or partially reacting the carbodiimide groups remaining in the product of step (A) by means of a basic catalyst at a temperature of from 25 to 150.degree.
