    摘要: A stabilizer is provided for a motor vehicle with two shafts (2, 3), which extend in the transverse direction of the vehicle, can be coupled with one another via a mechanical coupling (40) and are in functional connection with wheels of the motor vehicle with their ends facing away from the coupling (40). A first shaft is connected to a first coupling portion designed as a locking disk and a second shaft is connected to a second coupling portion, which cooperates with the locking disk (7) and is designed as a locking device (8). The locking device (8) has a ratchet element (12A, 12B), which can be actuated by a cam disk (11) that can be rotatingly driven by a drive source (15) against a spring means, and a blocking member (13A, 13B) connected thereto, via which the shafts are connected in such a way that they rotate in unison in a first end position of the cam disk (11) because of a positive connection between the locking disk and the blocking member (12A, 12B), and the positive connection is abolished in a second end position of the cam disk (11). The ratchet element (12A, 12B) is designed according to the present invention with two lever arms (12A—1, 12A—2, 12B-1, 12B—2), which are rigidly connected to one another and are designed with a contact area (12A—1A, 12A—2A, 12B—1A, 12B—2A) each, via which the lever arms (12A—1, 12A—2, 12B—1, 12B—2) are in contact with the cam disk (11).

The wheel guide control arm makes it, furthermore, possible to introduce actuator forces or torques into the wheel suspension without induction of appreciable elastic deformations.

    摘要: The invention relates to a switchable stabilizer device for the axle of a motor vehicle. Herein, the actuating device comprises a roll stabilizer and an actuatorically switchable coupling device (6) with two clutch devices (7, 8) and a locking sleeve (9).According to the present invention, the stabilizer device is characterized by a shifting device for shifting the locking sleeve (9) by means of mechanical power transmission. Herein, the shifting device has a servo-electric transmission drive element (4).The present invention provides a robust and compact switchable roll stabilizer, which can be produced cost-efficiently. At the same time, the present invention allows for the actuatoric support of the opening movement as well as the locking movement of the stabilizer coupling with very short shifting times.The switchable stabilizer according to the present invention is suitable for motor vehicles, for example, which are employed off-road as well as on the road. Due to the extremely short shifting times of the stabilizer coupling, the stabilizer device according to the present invention may be used furthermore for an active running gear to support the vehicle dynamics in real time.

Each of the piston-cylinder units (4, 4′) includes at least one piston (8), which is movably arranged in a cylinder (7) and which splits the cylinder into a first and a second cylinder chamber (7a, 7b). The cylinder chambers are separate from one another. The piston-cylinder units (4, 4′) are respectively connected in an articulated manner, at one end, to an end of the stabilizer 1 and, at the other end, to a spring-mounted wheel carrier part. The piston (8) has a connecting line (14) that connects the first and second cylinder chambers. The respective connecting line (14) has a nonreturn valve (15), which acts in one direction. The piston (8) can be moved into at least one end position.

A trailing arm is fixed at each opposed end of the transverse section. Each trailing arm supports a wheel carrier that pivots about a respective steering axis. The wheel carriers are connected to one another via ball joints and a tie rod, and couple an actuating mechanism for producing steering movement of the wheel carriers about their respective steering axes. A kinematic coupling system is connected to the tie rod and designed to regulate the degree of freedom of rotational movement of the tie rod. A torsion beam axle in which —to minimizing track angle differences or unsymmetrical bouncing behavior—the tie rod and actuating mechanism maintain optimum kinematic conditions in all operating situations.
