摘要: The present invention relates to a process for preparing 2-methyl-2,4-diaminopentane by introducing acetone, ammonia and hydrogen into a two-zone reactor at a temperature of 20.degree. to 130.degree. C. and a pressure of 30 to 250 bar, wherein the first zone contains a cationic exchange resin containing NH.sub.4.sup..sym. groups or an aluminum oxide and/or silicon oxide catalyst and the second zone contains a hydrogenation catalyst containing nickel.

摘要: Acylbenzenes of the formula ##STR1## can be prepared by reaction of benzene with carboxylic acids of the formulaHOOC--R.sup.1 (II)where R.sup.1 has the meaning given in the text, using a molar ratio of benzene:carboxylic acid=1-50:1 at a temperature of 200.degree.-400.degree. C., a zeolite of the Pentasil type having an SiO.sub.2 /M.sup.2 O.sub.2 ratio of 15-500:1 being used as acid catalyst; in the latter formula, M.sup.2 is one element or more from the group comprising Al, B, Ga, In, Fe, Cr, V, As and Sb.

摘要: The plastic waste is reacted in a plasma reactor 3 under reducing conditions in a plasma containing substoichiometric oxygen at temperatures above 1200.degree. C. to form a plasma pyrolysis gas consisting of low molecular weight carbon fragments which is then cooled to temperatures below 1500.degree. C. The cooled plasma pyrolysis gas is then delivered in compressed form as a fuel of high calorific value and high temperature to a gas turbine 10 for generating power. The waste heat of this gas turbine is used to generate steam which is fed into a steam turbine 12 for generating more power. The process is suitable for plastic waste of any composition and leads to complete conversion into a gas of high calorific value so that a high exergetic efficiency level is achieved.

摘要: Process for continuous production of propylene oxide (FIG. 1) from propylene and aqueous hydrogen peroxide. The aqueous hydrogen peroxide is first reacted with propionic acid in the presence of acid catalyst to form perpropionic acid (1). The perpropionic acid is taken up by extraction in benzene (5, 12), and following drying of the benzene solution (16), the perpropionic acid in the solution is reacted with propylene (18) for oxidation of the propylene to propylene oxide and conversion of the perpropionic acid back to propionic acid. The reaction mixture is worked up to separate propylene oxide, propionic acid and benzene (25, 27, 31, 33), and the latter two are recycled. In the benzene extraction (5, 12), an aqueous raffinate (7) is formed containing hydrogen peroxide and acid catalyst. Water is removed from the aqueous raffinate (8) and the concentrate is recycled to the propionic acid reactor. Make-up hydrogen peroxide can be added to the aqueous raffinate before the removal of water.

摘要: A process for the preparation of hexahydrophthalic acid anhydride which comprises hydrogenation .DELTA..sup.4 -tetrahydrophthalic acid anhydride in the liquid phase at a temperature of from 70.degree. to 150.degree. C. and at a pressure of from 30 to 200 bar in the presence of a catalyst selected from palladium, ruthenium, nickel or mixtures thereof arranged in a fixed bed, wherein the catalyst is applied to a carrier of alumina of which at least 20% by weight has been converted into lithium aluminium spinel and the liquid phase is a mixture of .DELTA..sup.4 -tetrahydrophthalic acid anhydride and hexahydrophthalic anhydride in a proportion by weight of from 1:1 to 1:100.
