摘要: A surgical stapling instrument for performing a circular anastomosis stapling operation is provided. The surgical instrument includes a stapling head assembly mounted by a curved shaft to an actuator handle assembly and incorporates an improved actuator mechanism for transmitting the required operating forces and movements from the actuator handle assembly through the curved shaft to an anvil and staple driver of the stapling head assembly. The stapling head assembly includes a longitudinally movable trocar detachably secured by one or more retainer clips on a hollow shaft of the anvil. When the trocar is retracted, the anvil shaft slides into a central support tube which aligns the anvil axially and circumferentially with a staple holder on the stapling head assembly. The retainer clips are locked against the trocar by the support tube and transmit tension from the trocar to the anvil with no tension load on the anvil shaft. The actuator mechanism permits adjustment of the anvil gap to produce a desired staple height and precludes actuation of the staple head assembly if the anvil gap is set outside of a predetermined range. Also, the actuator mechanism is adapted to both advance and retract the staple driver relative to the staple holder in the stapling head assembly. Further, an improved arrangement for attaching the support shaft to the stapling head assembly and to the actuator handle assembly is provided.

摘要: A surgical stapling instrument for performing a circular anastomosis stapling operation is provided. 摘要: A surgical stapler is disclosed herein. The surgical stapler comprises a body having a distal end and a proximal end, and the body defines an interior space. A first knob and a second knob are configured adjacent the proximal end of the body. An anvil and trocar assembly is configured adjacent the distal end of the surgical stapler, wherein the anvil and trocar assembly is coupled to the first knob, and the first knob is configured to facilitate the extension and retraction of the anvil and trocar assembly at the distal end of the body. A staple and knife assembly is configured adjacent the anvil and trocar assembly within the body, wherein the staple and knife assembly is coupled to the second knob, and wherein the second knob is configured to facilitate firing of staples and actuation of a knife of the staple and knife assembly sequentially.

摘要: A screw compressor for acoustic resonance reduction and refrigeration systems including the screw compressor are disclosed. The screw compressor has an acoustic barrier integral with the compressor housing for use with a slide valve assembly that includes a piston connected to a slide valve. A shaft connecting the slide valve and the piston passes through an aperture in the barrier with the piston and the slide valve disposed on opposite sides of the barrier. The acoustic barrier protects the piston from discharge pulses of compressed fluid exiting the rotors of the screw compressor, thus attenuating acoustic resonance, reducing compressor noise and premature wear of the slide valve assembly and compressor housing.

摘要: An apparatus and method for applying reference or grid markings to wallboard during the manufacturing process is disclosed. Reference or grid markings are applied to one sheet of cover paper at a location between the originating cover paper rolls and the cover paper creaser or creasers. This is accomplished by locating and aligning multiple print heads across the width of the continuously passing cover paper, such that markings are ejected onto the cover paper in a specific and coordinated fashion. In addition to using any suitable commercially-available computer equipment to coordinate printer head activity, this function is accomplished by attaching each print head to a common horizontal support element and provide individual adjustments that are perpendicular to, and with the directional flow of the passing cover paper.

摘要: A fishing lure is disclosed herein with a fishing line attachment structure comprising a hook structure, and a body structure mounted on the hook structure. The body structure has a body, a threaded neck having a cylindrical portion defining a first connector, and a head defining a second connector. The head and neck define the attachment structure. The neck includes a port for receiving the fishing line and external circumferential screw threads. The head having an aperture and internal screw threads.
