摘要: A transparent static-dissipative polycarbonate (PC) resin composition includes the following components: 70-95 parts by weight of PC resin, 5-30 parts by weight of antistatic agent masterbatch and 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of a transesterification inhibitor. The antistatic agent masterbatch includes the following components by mass percentage: 40-60% of an antistatic agent, 0.5-1.6% of a transesterification accelerator, 1-3% of an assistant cross-linkinger, and the balance of PC resin. A method for preparing the transparent static-dissipative PC resin composition includes the following steps: (I) preparing the components of the transparent static-dissipative PC resin composition according to the formulation, and mixing the components evenly to obtain a premix; and (II) adding the premix into a twin-screw extruder, melting, extruding, cooling and pelletizing, to obtain a target product.

摘要: The present disclosure provides an ultralow-glossiness, ultralow-temperature resistant ASA resin composition and preparation method thereof. The composition includes the following components in parts by weight: 20˜60 parts of an acrylonitrile-styrene-acrylate graft copolymer, 40˜80 parts of an acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer, 1˜20 parts of an ultralow-glossiness, low temperature resistant modifier, and 0.1˜5 parts of a processing aid. The ultralow-glossiness, low temperature resistant modifier includes a carrier copolymer, a fluorinated copolymer, a low-temperature flexibilizer, a coupling agent, fumed silica and an assistant. The ASA resin composition prepared by the present disclosure has an ultralow-glossiness, can be used to replace mold processing technology such leather marking and texturing, which greatly saves mold cost and processing production cost; and meanwhile it also has excellent low temperature resistance and can be applied in cases having requirements on low temperature resistance and low glossiness such as automobile parts, outdoor profiles, building materials and electrical appliances.

摘要: A method for producing a thermoplastic resin composition includes melt-blending 50 to 80 parts by mass of a crystalline polyester resin and 20 to 50 parts by mass of an amorphous polyester resin with an extruder, thereby producing a first polyester resin compound. The method further includes melt-blending 90 to 99 parts by mass of the crystalline polyester resin and 1 to 10 parts by mass of a styrene-acrylonitrile-glycidyl methacrylate terpolymer with the extruder or a different extruder, thereby producing a second polyester resin compound. The method further includes compounding 1 to 10 parts by mass of the first polyester resin compound, 1 to 10 parts by mass of the second polyester resin compound, and respective predetermined amounts of a polycarbonate resin, a flame retardant, an antidrip agent, an antioxidant, a lubricant and a toughening agent.

摘要: An ultralow-gloss polycarbonate/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (PC/ABS) resin composition and a preparation method thereof are provided. The composition includes the following components: 40-80 parts by weight of bisphenol A polycarbonate, 19-40 parts by weight of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene graft copolymer, 1-20 parts by weight of ultralow-gloss toughening modifier, and 0.1-5 parts of processing aid. The ultralow-gloss toughening modifier includes the following components: post-treated polymeric microspheres, a low-temperature toughening agent, a coupling agent, and aid. The preparation method of the composition includes: fully mixing all components in a high-speed mixer to obtain a mixture; feeding the mixture into a main feed port from a twin-screw extruder, melting, extruding, cooling, drying, and pelletizing. The PC/ABS resin composition prepared by the present invention has extremely low gloss level and excellent impact toughness, and it can be applied in scenarios requiring low temperature resistance and low gloss level.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a polyester composition suitable for ultrasonic welding and preparation method thereof, the composition includes the following components in parts by weight: 30˜50 parts of poly(1,4-cyclohexylene dimethylene terephthalate), 40˜60 parts of ABS, 5˜10 parts of a melt enhancer, 0.1˜1 parts of an antioxidant, and 0.1˜1 parts of a lubricant. Compared with the existing technologies, the polyester composition provided by the present disclosure improves melt strength by using the melt enhancer. The melt enhancer used is an ultra-high density polyethylene resin having a glycidyl methacrylate group after an irradiation treatment, so that the compatibility of the melt enhancer to the poly(1,4-cyclohexylene dimethylene terephthalate) is improved. In addition, by controlling a glass-transition temperature of the composition, no chipping is generated during ultrasonic welding, and the composition has a high welding strength, which is suitable for ultrasonic welding.

摘要: The present invention relates to an easily-plated PC/ABS alloy and its preparation method. The PC/ABS alloy includes following components: 30-70 parts by weight (pbw) of PC resin, 15-65 pbw of ABS resin, 5-10 pbw of PEO resin, 0.1-1 pbw of antioxidant, and 0.1-1 pbw of lubricant. For preparation, blending the PC resin, ABS resin, PEO resin, antioxidant and lubricant in a mixer; and putting a mixture in a twin-screw extruder for granulation, thus producing easily-plated PC/ABS alloy. The method is simple and practicable. PEO resin makes PC/ABS surface have the property of hydrophilicity, which makes the etching solution easier to wet the surface when under etching, so that the etching becomes much easier. The binding force of hydrophilic group on the surface of PEO to the metal is strong. The binding force of PC/ABS alloy material is improved due to the combination between the chemical bond and physical force.

The resin composition comprises: 100 parts of ABS resin, 5-30 parts of heat-resisting agent, 5-20 parts of sound-insulation shock-absorbing polymer, 1-5 parts of hollow glass microspheres, 0.3-1.0 part of light stabilizer and 0.5-2.0 parts of auxiliary. The preparing method comprises the following steps: mixing the raw materials in a high-speed mixer, sending the mixture into a twin screw extruder via a metering device, melting and compounding the material under the delivering, shearing and mixing by screws; and performing extrusion, drawing, cooling and granulating. The method is simple and feasible; and the prepared resin composition has excellent sound-insulation and shock-absorbing effects and favorable mechanical properties, and is able to be applied in the field of automotive interiors.

摘要: Disclosed are a self-formaldehyde-scavenging heat-resistant ABS material and a preparation method therefor. The material includes following components in parts by weight: 75-95 parts of an ABS resin, 4-20 parts of a heat-resistant agent, 0.5-5 parts of a formaldehyde-scavenging masterbatch, 0.1-1 part of a formaldehyde-scavenging agent and 0.5-1 part of other auxiliaries. During preparation, the ABS resin, the heat-resistant agent and the other auxiliaries are mixed and fed through a main feeding port of a twin-screw extruder; and the formaldehyde-scavenging masterbatch and the formaldehyde-scavenging agent are fed to a rear section of the extruder, extruded and pelletized. By the method of the present invention, the content of formaldehyde in particles can be reduced by 40%, and the content of formaldehyde in a closed space can be reduced by 50% or more. Moreover, the content of other volatile organic compounds is reduced by 10% to 20%. Thus, the effects of controlling the formaldehyde emission from a material for a long time and inhibiting the content of formaldehyde in a space are achieved.
