A gas injector includes first and second gas introduction passages extending in a first direction toward a central axis of a process chamber respectively, a first bypass passage extending from the first gas introduction passage in a second direction that is substantially perpendicular to the first direction, a second bypass passage extending from the second gas introduction passage in a reverse direction to the second direction, a first distribution passage isolated from the first bypass passage in the first direction and extending from an outlet of the first bypass passage in the reverse direction to the second direction, a second distribution passage isolated from the second bypass passage in the first direction and extending from an outlet of the second bypass passage in the second direction, and a plurality of spray holes in an outer surface of the first and second distribution passages and configured to spray the process gas.

A method and device for processing a service in a mobile communication system based on SDN technology are provided. The method of controlling access caches in a communication network includes receiving information about contents requested by a user equipment (UE) connected to a first base station. The method also includes transmitting a forwarding request that requests to control at least one switch in order for an access cache that has the contents and that interworks with a second eNB to transfer the contents to the first eNB.

A system that provides a content delivery service to a user in a mobile communication system is provided. The system receives, from an enhanced Node B (eNB), cell-specific capacity information that is determined based on cell-specific load state information of the eNB, determines a transfer rate for traffic to be transmitted to a User Equipment (UE) in each cell, based on the received cell-specific capacity information, and transmits the traffic to be transmitted to the UE in each cell to the eNB at the determined transfer rate.
