    Abstract: The flow cell is composed of a cell block and a cell holder. The cell block is light transmittable and is provided with a plurality of cells communicated with each other and mutually different in optical path length and an inlet and an outlet communicated with the cell. The plurality of cells include a short optical path length cell having an optical path length of 100 μm or less. The short optical path length cell is constituted by a groove formed on an inner joining surface of a plurality of laminated light transmitting substrates. The optical path length of the short optical path length cell is defined by a depth of the groove. The cell holder is configured to accommodate the cell block therein, and is provided with an incident window for allowing light to enter the cell block and an emission window for emitting the light transmitted through the cell block.

    Abstract: A first liquid sending controller of an analysis control device controls a first liquid sender such that a mobile phase is supplied to a fluorescence detector through an analysis column and a junction during an analysis of a sample. A sample introduction controller controls a sample introducer such that the sample is introduced into a mobile phase by the sample introducer at a position farther upstream than the analysis column during the analysis of the sample. The second liquid sending controller causes a second liquid sender to start supplying a fluorescent reaction liquid such that the fluorescent reaction liquid arrives at the junction later than a point in time at which supply of the mobile phase starts and before the sample introduced into the mobile phase arrives at the junction during the analysis of the sample. A generator generates a chromatogram based on an output signal of the fluorescence detector during the analysis of the sample.

    Abstract: A problem addressed by the present invention is to reduce the influence of stray light incident on each light-receiving element in the case of receiving each wavelength of light using a plurality of light-receiving elements. The multichannel spectrophotometer according to the present invention is a detector for simultaneously detecting the entirety of wavelength-dispersed light obtained by introducing light from a sample to a light-dispersing element (16) and dispersing this light into wavelengths by the light-dispersing element (16), including: a multichannel-type detector (17) including a plurality of light-receiving elements arranged in a one-dimensional form in a wavelength-dispersing direction of the light-dispersing element; a light amount calculator (221) for calculating the amount of light from a detection signal of each of the plurality of light-receiving elements (PD); a spectrum creator (222) for creating, from the amounts of light calculated by the light amount calculator (221), a spectrum showing a relationship between wavelength and the amount of light; and a computing section (224) for estimating, from the spectrum, the amount of stray light incident on each light-receiving element (PD) and correcting the spectrum by subtracting, from the amount of wavelength-dispersed light incident on each light-receiving element, the amount of stray light.
