At least one of the mobile phase sending flow paths includes a buffer solution sending flow path. The buffer solution sending flow path includes a butler solution storage section, a cleaning solution storage section, and a mobile phase switching valve for switching connection of the flow path switching valve to one of the storage sections.

    摘要: Provided is an optical analyzer for performing a feedback control on the amount of light emitted from an LED as a light source, in which the configuration of an optical system is made simple and the degree of freedom in optical system arrangement is secured. An optical member 2 for focusing most of light while discharging part of the light as unfocused light is provided on an optical path from a light casting unit 1 to a sample cell 3. The optical member 2 can be achieved with a simple configuration, for example, two ball lenses spaced apart by a predetermined distance from each other. The light focused by the optical member 2 is cast as measurement light into the sample cell 3. Meanwhile, a second photodetector 5 is arranged at a position where the unfocused light reaches. The second photodetector 5 generates a detection signal in accordance with the amount of light that has entered the second photodetector 5 as monitored light, and a drive current to be supplied to an LED is controlled through a drive current controlling unit 6 and a current source 7 such that the amount of light is maintained at a fixed level.

The liquid sending failure detector executes a pulsation detection step of obtaining a fluctuation range of the liquid sending pressure in a certain driving period of the liquid sending mechanism and detecting pulsation on a condition that a count of consecutive periods in which the fluctuation range exceeds a predetermined reference value exceeds a predetermined reference count, and a liquid sending failure detection step of detecting a liquid sending failure of the liquid sending mechanism when the pulsation is detected in the pulsation detection step.

A condition corresponding to a system configuration is determined from conditions held by the condition holder.     摘要: A liquid feeding device includes a discharge channel, a pump part, a feeding pressure sensor, a non-discharge pressure sensor, a pre-compression part, and a pre-compression speed determination part. The pump part has plunger pumps connected in series or parallel. At least one of the plunger pumps is a closed pump in which communication with the discharge channel is disconnected during a non-discharge time. The pre-compression part causes the closed pump that is after the suction process for sucking the liquid into a pump chamber is completed and during the non-discharge time to execute a pre-compression process to perform a discharge operation until a non-discharge pressure is substantially the same as a feeding pressure based on output of the feeding pressure sensor and output of the non-discharge pressure sensor. The pre-compression speed determination part determines a pre-compression speed of the closed pump in the pre-compression process.
